DISSAPOINTED WITH JET 2

Our 07.10am Flight out of Edinburgh on the 23Sep didn't leave rill 10am because there was no plane in Edinburgh. Our return from Alicante on the 9th October was late getting leaving Edinburgh so we got stuck in Alicante for nearly 3 hours.Get your act together Jet2 and start running somewhere on time.

Poor Delivery

Poor Delivery
This is the first time I have used this Company I normally use Bunches. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on Monday as they did next day delivery. Monday came, update was Flowers were out for delivery. Nothing was delivered. Tuesday came, out for delivery still the message, At 4.30 No delivery, got in touch with Serenata promised me a email update. Never happened Will not use again. Flowers eventually delivered on Tuesday night, a bit later than next day as stated. Back to Bunches.

Ordered two gift packs

Ordered two gift packs from them paid for next day delivery. Nothing happened no info from company and no delivery. Had to chase them to find out they where selling stuff they have no stock off. Gifts eventually arrievd but too late. Not impressed.

AVOID GREEN NETWORK ENERGY

I transferred to Green Network in September and I wish I hadn't. I have had nothing but problems in getting them to take money from my Direct Debit that was set up on joining, You can't get through on the phone unless you are willing to hang on for at least 45min. The app does not work. and my acc on the PC has very little info on it and it is useless. I just want Green Network to do its job and supply me with gas and electricity and take my money monthly to pay for it. I am fed up with hassle of trying to get through to them to sort this problem out.

Glad to leave OVO

I have been with Ovo for 2 years but have now switched because of cost. Switch completed on the 23rd Sep and new supplier took my first payment on the 1st October. Unfortunately Ovo who have closed my account still took another direct debit payment on the 10th October even though my account is in the black and I am waiting a refund from them from overpayment I have made over the years. I have spoken to there customer service who were no help. Glad to be leaving them. I don't recommend Ovo.

It's a shame to hear you feel this way, Macs.

A refund will be processed 7 days after a final statement has been generated, this will be done 4-6 weeks after you switch away.

Your Direct Debit will stay active, but this can be cancelled if you contact the bank. I'm sorry the team didn't help with this.

If you had any choice you would not use this crowd

Order goods from Sainburys to be delivered to my daughter. Paid extra for timed delivery due to restricted availability for delivery.
Got a email the day before delivery notifying me that Yodel would deliver next day.
This was the first I new that I Yodel was the company delivering my Sainsbury order. I have had experience of this company on previous delivery's and it was dreadful.
They lived up to normal did not deliver in the timed delivery slot, you can not contact them when you phone only recorded messages. Web site just tells you parcel in the van. Parcel came seven hours after max delivery slot, useless company.

Excellent service

I ordered a steam mop from this company. There price was very good and with free delivery excellant value. Ordered on the Thursday they delivered on the Sunday no extra charge.
First class service.
