We only received one of the two items…
We only received one of the two items we paid for. We have emailed every listed email address with no response and no phone numbers to call.
Shipment never arrived, company not responding
Shipment never arrived. I’ve been trying to contact industry west about this multiple times through different venues and I always am told I’ll hear back in 48 hours but no one has ever reached out beyond that.
(Shipment said it was sent, but never delivered. I’ll be attempting a charge back and will never buy from or recommend this brand again)

Ottoman & Pouf
I bought an ottoman from Industry West several years ago and recently bought a pouf to match. The ottoman is incredibly durable (2 kids, 2 cats, 2 moves) and I love the style of both items. The quality of the recently bought pouf seems almost exactly as the ottoman I purchased years ago, so I'd say they are pretty consistent in terms of quality. The items shipped pretty quickly, but honestly I'd be willing to wait longer if need be because the items are so great. I reached out to their customer service to ask about a specific item's availability and they got back to me within 24 hours with a comprehensive answer.
Took too long to ship with no updates and they only sell dupes!
Realized that this place only sells dupes of designer furniture. I wished I knew sooner and I wouldn't have made a purchase. I sent in a complaint regarding my package stating I hadn't heard back in over 20 weeks and then they immediately send me shipping info. To me, it came off as unprofessional because was the chair always ready to ship and I had to remind customer service about the order??? Or did it just happen to be in stock when I complained? Either way, I should have had some sort of update over that 20 week period of time but there was nothing

Never received what we bought…
Unfortunately we never received the outdoor chairs that we bought from them, but they did charge us the $1,051.00 In one of the emails we exchanged they assured they would send us a tracking number when the order was shipped, the email never came. After another bunch of ignored emails they finally answered and said our order was delivered, but we never got it. After this and several unsuccessful attempts to contact them to solve the problem, we are sure they have a logistics problem. Now we are trying to reach our bank to dipute the charge, we just want our money back.

Clive counter stool biggest disappointment
The Clive counter stool I received has scratches and marks all over it. It arrived in terrible condition. The outside of the box was not damaged, it looks like these scratches and marks were on the stool when it was shipped. I emailed customer service last week and have not received a response. There is no telephone number provided to get support.

Customer Service Nonexistent. I reached out 5-10 times to every outlet possible of customer service and still have never heard back. I almost didn't order when I realized even the phone number is disconnected. Way too expensive of goods to have no ability to reach the company.
Never received my order!
I ordered 6 chairs. The order and the tracking link has kept saying « on its way » for 7 weeks! My credit card was debited the full amount at the order; and they don’t answer at any of my emails. I think that this is a fraud! Keep away from this company!
