Ghosting me about my order that has not arrived
I ordered furniture for a bar and only received part of the order in February 2025. Part of the stools were supposedly backordered and would arrive in April. Never came, and no one will respond to inquiries about the order. When I used a different email address to try a different tactic, they responded within a day or two to "see how they could help". Then they ghosted me when I told them what I needed. I want my money back, plus one of the stools is already broken. They do not respond on their active instagram, have disabled their phone line and their chat, yet their website sure looks to be taking orders. Based on what I'm seeing here, this sure looks criminal to me.
