I ordered a chair, they sent me the wrong one. After emailing them back and forth, they kept denying it was the wrong chair until they finally admitted. They asked me to repackage it so they can arrange for a collection. I have been trying to get them to answer my emails but every time i contact them, they keep denying it again and ask me for the details all over again. When i tell them, they disappear and stop replying, so i have to send them another email and do it all over again. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. My chair is ready to be returned but no replies from their customer service and there's no other way to contact them. Dowinx, you need to really consider how you are treating customers. I am Still trying to contact them so i can arrange collection of the chair if they ever communicate properly. Never buying from these guys again. The quality of the chair was so poor too, it was like a squeaky toy and they never sent me my customised pillow.

Chair was easy to assamble with instructions, only I received a broken part which makes it impossible for my chair to go up or down. I've already tried contacting support twice but getting no response over 20 days. There's also no way to call or live chat.

They couldnt deliver a chair that holds longer than a year and refuse to give my money back. Then they started ghosting my support mails

Horrible. By far the worst chair I've ever sat in and even worse customer service, albeit near nonexistent customer service. I ordered one of their chairs and it arrived a few days later, however it was not at all what I was wanting and requested a refund. Despite their refund policy stating that they accept returns they're refusing to accept the chair back claiming "the process is complicated." I want my money back!

I cant even review the chair I bought. I bought a chair from the their website and it arrived in a tattered, tapped up box. All the parts in the box had been opened or re packaged with tape, with some parts missing. I emailed them for the parts but it has taken MONTHS to figure this out. I also asked for a NEW unopened chair to speed up the process but they will not send it and only try to send parts. I dont trust that this chair new when sent to me.

This is a great chair for the price. It has a strong frame and provides good support - it feels built to last.

The design is stylish without being over the top and fits my gaming setup perfectly. Plus, I can sit in it for hours with no problem.

I got the cute series 6655. The chair is very comfy and cute! I love the quality and the design so much. It came pretty quickly and without damages. No missing parts! I’m able to lean back and relax while I watch shows at my desk!

I'm not the best with tools, but I still managed to put this chair together on my own without any trouble.

Received my chair on August 30th. Put my chair together and realized it was nothing like they described on their website. The backrest is rock hard has zero padding and is not comfortable whatsoever. I emailed them and explained that the chair was not for me and I'd like to return it. I have received zero follow through I have emailed them over 10 times and have received 0 help or reply from the company. They have no customer service number and they have no live chat. Their website says they have a customer service number and a live web chat they do not.

They claim to have this amazing 30-day return policy but yet they do not get back to you. This company seems to be nothing more than a cash grab scam. The quality of product they promise and the actual product they deliver are nowhere close to the same. I tried to be polite and nice and after multiple attempts to contact them with no reply this is ridiculous.

I will be reporting them to every agency I can until I can get a refund to return the chair. I will also be contacting my card company to see if I can force a refund as this is unacceptable.

Absolutely horrible service, i have ordered my chair about 3 weeks ago and i have received ZERO updates, also NO ANSWERING to my emails where i kindly ask for an update on the delivery. Until this day i have not received anything and i am going to call in for a refund if i don’t get an answer in the coming week.

This chair is so comfortable I find myself sitting in it just to relax, not only for gaming.

Like others in the recent reviews, I also have had trouble receiving an update or tracking number on my chair and feel like this may be a scam. I received an email that was sent to me and about 10 others about a shipping delay and asked if I wanted a refund or to wait and I responded that I would wait but I never received a confirmation back confirming they received my message or even a new tracking number! The chair should have arrived at their warehouse yesterday and still nothing. I’m so disappointed and may just have to dispute this with my card company if they don’t get back to me soon.

I used to get back pain from sitting at my computer all day, but with this chair, I can work for hours without any discomfort.
