Photos online weren’t quite accurate. The item I received had both poor quality welding with obvious flaws, and an aesthetic that was neither organic nor finished enough to work (i.e., it was real wood with deep grooves/uneven surface but finished with a much glossier lacquer than shown online) .

Customer service told me they would not exchange it, but I could return it at my own shipping cost plus a 10% restocking fee.

For the price point it’s poor quality and poor service
