Poor/Nonexistent customer service.
I was interested in a leather couch. I ordered a sample of the leather, $10.00. When it arrived, I contacted Industry West with some questions about the hide and the dye process. Despite a couple of follow ups, I never heard from customer service.
No communication, no sale.
