Company seems to have gone under
I ordered a stool in November 20
24 and was told it was on backorder for about 20 to 24 weeks which I was OK with. I asked to have updates after we reach the 24 week mark and I was told it was even further delayed until the summer of 2025. I stopped receiving updates from the company and sent emails asking for a status and continued to get no response. I then tried to call. Their phone number is listed on the website and all were disconnected. All their comments are disabled on their social media pages, and I even tried to reach out to the owner via LinkedIn, who deleted my comment from his website. Inquiring if his company was still in business. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also working with my bank to get my money back. It seems that this company is still operating like it’s in business, but taking peoples money and then ghosting them.
