Stained sofa
The company delivered to me a stained $6k suede sofa and when I called them out on it, they offered to send me a leather cleaner that does not work. Then I follow up and the best they can do is give me a 30% discount on a future order. Do not shop here - this business looks professional but the truth is the product is not high quality, comes damaged, and the service is awful
