I ordered 2 art prints to have framed locally. 1 of the 2 prints was damaged so a new print was sent. That print was also damaged. The packaging is terrible, allowing for damage to easily occur. I was refunded for my entire purchase because based on my conversation with customer service it’s not very likely for me to receive a product without damage. I find quality control to be completely nonexistent with Art.com. Very disappointing.

Fast efficient delivery and order process  and the rug was as expected.  Lovely. 

We were going to buy a dishwasher, since it was about $50 cheaper than competitors. Unfortunately, the price the website said it was vs the price that was charged to my card was different. The price shown before finalizing the purchase was $805.xx and I was charged $898.xx. I called the customer service line as soon as I got my invoice and noticed the discrepancy to ask what was happening. The rep said it was the difference of delivery. Fine… except that it wasn’t disclosed when buying or even on my invoice. I tried to provide feedback about the discrepancy (I took screenshots to send/show), but all the person said was “well, if you dont want delivery, I can remove the fee”. Clearly not the point. Due to the amount charged to my card, and the lack of understanding or help from the customer service rep, we cancelled our order. Better options elsewhere and the price here is actually not cheaper than competitors. 

Your chicken hen boxes don’t work. The hens get in and eat the eggs. Pile of crap. Will be throwing it in the trash. waste of money. Waste of time. Be transparent next time, especially for someone dumb enough to buy this in the future.
