I have ordered from Industry West for clients and my own home in the past. Customer service and delivery timelines were hit or miss, but the unique furniture and quality were worth a bit of pain. The company now appears to be out of business, with no responses from any customer service channels. They no longer have an active phone line. I now have a large credit that I cannot use.

I have had my alarm systems for three years for three different residences. Installation was easy and the phone app is user friendly. Occasionally when sensors or the camera have issues, customer service is unusually patient and friendly getting the system back on track.
