I never received full order, ProLon stole money
I ordered three boxes and only received one box. I called ProLon, emailed, and sent messages but no one responded. 5 weeks later, I received an email and was told they shipped 3 boxes. By this time, I had thrown out the box so I couldn’t prove that I had only received 1 box. So, ProLon stole money from me and their customer service was HORRIBLE. What company takes over a month to respond to a delivery issue?! I searched online and was even more upset to read that other people had had similar awful experiences. I wouldn’t trust this company. There are blogs of ProLon DIY that work just as well. This was an infuriating experience.
