Next Day Delivery not delivering?.. Your problem.. Not ours..
Ordered filter for a party.. Needed next day delivery.. Found these guys.. Double checked would be next day.. Yup, order before 3.45pm for next day delivery.. Fabulous.. Paid the £5.90.. Didn’t arrive next day.. It was super frustrating as we had done a jus up of the hot tub ready for a party, binned the old filter thinking we had one, which we didn’t, I couldn’t get one locally, so really relied on a next day delivery service.. I decided to request a refund for the next day delivery.. The response…. “I’m really sorry to hear that your filter didn’t arrive in time for your party—I completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
The parcel was dispatched from our website on the same day you placed the order and was sent via the courier service you selected at checkout. As we fulfilled our dispatch commitment, and the courier service was paid for at the time of ordering, we’re unfortunately unable to refund the postage.
That said, I do appreciate your situation, and I’m genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delivery delay.” Aka. Sorry not sorry.. You selected that courier.. Your problem.. Not ours.. I mean it’s only £6, but it’s the principle of it, whether it be your fault or not, it’s a service you are offering on your website, at a cost to your customers, not yourselves.. As hot tub owners there’s always chemicals, equipment, services we need.. I absolutely will never use these guys for any of it..

Purchase from their Eco3spa.com site is an ongoing nightmare the likes of which I’ve never experienced before. I’m still struggling to get them to refund the purchase price of an item not received and returned directly to them by the courier.

Thought I'd give this a go due to how good the company says it is.I was already using a good active oxygen system before trying this out,I was also trying out as a review for our hot tub owners website so I was giving it a completely unbiased review.
I did everything by their instructions but found it very difficult to keep the water clear for more than 2 weeks and also found it didn't balance the water as affective as they stated it does.So I emailed the company and explained my issues and they basically said I was not doing things correctly, but I was doing exactly as instructed.
So I asked if I could non shock the water which they said I could, so then after shocking it seemed to clear for a week, then went cloudy again.This is a 3 month application, so after 2 months I ran out of sanitiser, something many people complain about,as the company does not supply anywhere near enough, and they know this.Anyway after 2 months I was still not happy about the quality of the water and wasn't sure if it was balancing the water properly so I strip tested it with my aquablanc test strips and to my horror it showed virtually no TA or PH,so I emailed them and they said it should be balancing the water but I said it obviously wasn't doing the job and I might as well use another far cheaper product where I could balance the water myself. To this they replied,oh if you want to add TA or PH plus then you can but I said isn't that just contradictory of their product.I told them their product, at £89 was not fit for purpose and that they should reimburse me in full as their product failed miserably, to date I have heard nothing from Surespa Ltd.
Hence I will not be giving them anymore of my hard earned money and will go back to using a more reliable and much cheaper option.

I have been a fan of the eco 3 spa System having used it for the last 6 months however on the last occasion I also ordered the aromatherapy salts which the company sells. Worst mistake I could have made. The smell was overwhelming so strong in fact it caused me , my wife and also 5 yr old daughter to cough. Worse still whatever is in it caused our faces to sting like hell.
Sent an e mail off to Eco3spa, had a concerned reply back asking more questions then nothing since. More annoying it has took 2 water drain downs and also a new filter to get rid of the dammed smell along with the entire supply of water conditioner which should last for 3 months , that’s another £60 down the drain. My issue is not so much the bad product, I accept these things happen, what gets me is the lack of customer service.
When will company’s learn to treat customers better. Had this been dealt with differently I would have stayed with Eco3spa and @£89 every 3 months they have lost a fair bit of cash over the coming years. So for me I’m moving to a different oxygen based cleaner from a company which hopefully has better customer service . Also to note which has been mentioned on other reviews Eco3spa only seem to leave the positive reviews on their website.
Bad customer service, products not fit for use.
This company, has at list 3 different websites with different names etc.. I purchased Eco3Spa from them, which is actually their own brand. The products did not work. The water went green within 2 days and cloudy. I had carried out step 1 as instructed, but was told that I needed to rinse out all of the pipes before filling using. This is not in the instructions. I emptied, the hot tub and tried again. Despite numerous calls to customer service, the problems persisted and the only answer I received was 'we are using the hot tub too much'. I have since changed to a different Active Oxygen system, which is working well. I did post a 1 star review on their site, but it seems that they only post the 4&5 star reviews. Definitely not a trust worthy company.

Tried ordering my hot tub chemicals again from this company after my last order had items missing but thought I would give them another go god I wish I had not. This order came again with missing item and it’s down to the customer to do all the contacting and if you’re lucky they might respond in a couple of days. All you get is sorry warehouse must of missed it. Do you want a refund. I would have not ordered it if I didn’t want it. Apparently the missing item has been delivered by DPD checked cctv when they said it was delivered no one came. Still waiting for a update.
On a better note found a company that can deliver next day and they are brilliant so using them now.
