NO DELIVERIES, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ABHORRENT
UPS: you have a problem with corporate culture and/or a rogue driver on your hands and I want my package. Yet again live tracking showed my package nearby and just before reaching me delivery is delayed, delayed, delayed … until it’s presumed lost. The only way to get your driver to come is in the case of a scheduled pickup. Last time that happened, I had him rummage through his truck in search of my LAST THREE undelivered (presumed lost) packages. And there they were! This is a perpetual issue. There is no realistic way to get my packages delivered. UPS has literally and figuratively lost its way and is the ONLY company with this persistent issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
