NO DELIVERIES, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ABHORRENT

UPS: you have a problem with corporate culture and/or a rogue driver on your hands and I want my package. Yet again live tracking showed my package nearby and just before reaching me delivery is delayed, delayed, delayed … until it’s presumed lost. The only way to get your driver to come is in the case of a scheduled pickup. Last time that happened, I had him rummage through his truck in search of my LAST THREE undelivered (presumed lost) packages. And there they were! This is a perpetual issue. There is no realistic way to get my packages delivered. UPS has literally and figuratively lost its way and is the ONLY company with this persistent issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Abhorrent service from UPS delivery and…

Abhorrent service from UPS delivery and their foreign call center. Driver doesn’t deliver packages and they head back to the depot where they end up in an endless loop of delivery failures. I give up. Contacting the merchant to file a claim.

Evri is so unreliable I’ve decided to…

Evri is so unreliable I’ve decided to forgo purchasing from merchants who ship with them. This time the delivery person phoned me from about a block away wanting clarification on my location, then said he’d be here in 2 minutes. Instead, when he hung up I received a text saying my package wouldn’t be delivered that day at all. Of course, this is Evri, so once a package heads back to the depot it will never be delivered. No attempt made again today. I just informed the merchant to send me a replacement, but please not with Evri.

Beware: won’t honour their warranty

Purchased a very expensive Paola Lenti table that was listed as “Outdoor Table” on Archiproducts. There was no information provided in the listing warning not to actually use it outdoors. This would be comical if it wasn’t so much money.
The table was an Archiproducts ex-display model, so there was no manufacturer/usage information at all in the listing …. Just that it’s an outdoor table. Naturally I used it outdoors. The glaze cracked off within about a year, which is well within Archiproducts supposed two year warranty period. Archiproducts refuses to honour their warranty, saying “we encourage customers to refer to the manufacturer’s page for detailed instructions and guidelines regarding the products” (this encouragement is a figment of their imagination), and that I voided the warranty by using the Paola Lenti “Outdoor Table” outdoors. Shame on Paola Lenti for their grossly overpriced furniture that isn’t fit for purpose and double shame on Archiproducts.

Another fake photo posted. Again I waited for the parcel and the driver claimed he “missed me” and posted a photo of somebody’s grass. Merchants be aware that I will no longer order from you if you use DPD.

Zero star customer service

Zero star customer service. Purchased an eco3spa kit with a promise of next-day shipping and the courier never delivered it … as confirmed by the courier, no less. This is the courier’s fault, but what happened next isn’t. The company refuses to call the package back and issue a refund despite seven straight days of no delivery. They refuse to refund my money until the courier finally admits the parcel is either lost or admits they’ll never deliver it. No clue whether or not the product works, but the customer service is abysmal. So buyer beware. I’m out £89 and have nothing to show for it. Fortunately my credit card issuer will step in.

Give up hope: your parcel won’t come if it’s DHL. Just make peace with the fact. Unbelievably bad. Zero stars. My next-day delivery has been postponed day by day until I no longer have any hope of receiving it. Customer service claims the truck broke down. Lol. Seriously, if I want to purchase an item from a company in future, they will lose my business if they use DHL for delivery.

I’m so sorry to hear about this experience you’ve had, however the reference number you’ve provided in the relevant field isn't one of our DHL Express tracking numbers.

This shipment has been sent with DHL Parcel UK which is a different division of DHL to ourselves. Unfortunately as we don't have access to any of their systems, I won't be able to assist any further I'm afraid.

Why do I have to give even 1 star to a company that won’t deliver my parcel? UPS used to be great. Now it’s gone the way of the other 3rd rate delivery companies (you know who you are) that gives the drivers freedom to decide whether a parcel is actually delivered. Today is day 4 of my waiting at home for a parcel that is “out for delivery” with a morning delivery timeframe. If it turns out the way it has for the past 3 days, live tracking will show the driver within a few miles of my residence, then he will adjust the expected delivery window to “by 7 pm”, then at about 4 pm I’ll see his little truck icon on live tracking heading back to the depot on the M40 without having delivered. Next, the depot will definitely not call me to explain, despite the promises given by the customer service associates by phone. I guess I’ll have to file a claim.

Today is day 4 of my waiting at home for a parcel that is “out for delivery” with a morning delivery timeframe. An unhappy ending

Still trying to resolve an issue with a defective table for well over a year. They don’t stand behind their products and have non-EU compliant return policies. They say they’ll respond “when they hear from the manufacturer” and that “(they) are also victims of the manufacturer”. Meanwhile, despite it being 100% Mohd’s issue to resolve, they ultimately do absolutely nothing. This turned out to be an awful company to do business with.

I tracked the driver online throughout the day and have documentation of his route. Late in the morning he was within a mile of my house and delivered in the neighbouring villages. Later on he was actually right across the street.
Finally, tracking showed the package was delivered to “JNN” at 6:24 pm. I have absolute proof he was never here. In fact, he was at least 20 minutes away at 6:24. The photo he attached is just black. DPD: if you’re reading this I need to know who to escalate this to. I need help. This is serious. It’s fraud.
