I placed an order for an iPad 4 6 days ago with techinthebasket and received an order acknowledgement from them and after paying with PayPal. This was followed by another email with a supposed 'Royal Mail Tracking Number'. This tracking number does not work on either the Royal Mail website nor the techinthebasket website. I subsequently emailed techinthebasket about this anomoly and was advised by email reply that the tracking information will appear in up to 48 hours from their email. Over 72 hours have now passed with no update to the tracking and most definitely no goods arriving! I have therefore requested a refund from PayPal under their buyer protection policy. I admit I was 'trapped' into buying from them because of the seemingly amazing price when compared to other outlets, but it's obviously buyer beware! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I called hot tubs uk as I was having terrible problems getting my hot tub water sorted. The very nice lady there explained everything to me and I was able to ask loads of questions (some of them pretty stupid I must admit). Anyway I ordered some eco one, it arrived quickly and it now seems to do the job!

Good, quick service with communication all the way!

Ordered a Garmin Zumo 590 from these guys as their once was cheaper than anyone else including fleabay and Amazon. True to their word it was delivered next working day, so can't fault anything!
