Next Day Delivery not delivering?.. Your problem.. Not ours..

Ordered filter for a party.. Needed next day delivery.. Found these guys.. Double checked would be next day.. Yup, order before 3.45pm for next day delivery.. Fabulous.. Paid the £5.90.. Didn’t arrive next day.. It was super frustrating as we had done a jus up of the hot tub ready for a party, binned the old filter thinking we had one, which we didn’t, I couldn’t get one locally, so really relied on a next day delivery service.. I decided to request a refund for the next day delivery.. The response…. “I’m really sorry to hear that your filter didn’t arrive in time for your party—I completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
The parcel was dispatched from our website on the same day you placed the order and was sent via the courier service you selected at checkout. As we fulfilled our dispatch commitment, and the courier service was paid for at the time of ordering, we’re unfortunately unable to refund the postage.
That said, I do appreciate your situation, and I’m genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delivery delay.” Aka. Sorry not sorry.. You selected that courier.. Your problem.. Not ours.. I mean it’s only £6, but it’s the principle of it, whether it be your fault or not, it’s a service you are offering on your website, at a cost to your customers, not yourselves.. As hot tub owners there’s always chemicals, equipment, services we need.. I absolutely will never use these guys for any of it..

Highly Recommend

So pleased with swim trunks bought for my friend! Good price vs Etsy.. Quick delivery.. Did send an email to the company advising when we were flying and they responded immediately and shipped the next day.. Much better quality than I was expecting!! Photo crystal clear (unfortunately for me and my blemishes 😂) Positioned perfectly.. Going to give us a good laugh on holiday.. Very pleased! Thank you! 👌🏻

Got a mega deal for a large print - Tesco quoted me £14.50.. Paid just under £6 for a larger print with delivery with a promotional code.. Was great quality and securely delivered.. Was very pleased and would defo use these guys again

Hello?… Anybody there?…

Order number 1200718180 (parasol) - Placed 7th Aug with delivery due 10th Aug just in time for the hot weekend approaching.. Fabulous.. Opted for this company due to the delivery date.. Dispatch email sent 8th Aug - Item is on its way.. Fabulous.. No tracking available but should be “a few days”.. Vague, bit random, but okay.. No further contact.. Called 12th for an update.. After whirling round the automated system what felt like 100 times, where at one point worryingly it said my “click n collect” item had been dispatched (my email clearly states shipping address to my home, which I stupidly paid for because I didn’t realise free delivery was only an option with a code - My bad) finally found an avenue for potential human interaction - Great.. 15 mins on hold.. Not great.. Gave up.. Tried the chat.. After the auto service had dried up all automated responses, no humans appeared.. Sent an email, with auto response - up to 5 working days response time which to be fair, we are still within - However due to going on holiday soon I need a resolve and I literally can not reach anyone.. The response time on here, appears to be much quicker (I mean it’s literally hours by the looks of it) than your other avenues of tried and failed contact methods.. With an item dispatched 8th Aug - We’re now on Working Day #6.. Not horrendous but not great and not what was proposed upon ordering.. I’m happy for you to cancel this order.. Tried to call again today but got lost again in the automated system with no idea how I managed to progress last time.. So I’ve given up (just to note I genuinely hate leaving any form of negative comment as incidents happen and I’m a pretty chilled and understanding customer.. Is it annoying? Yes.. Did I melt all weekend and end up hibernating in a cool room indoors? Yes.. But it’s clear there’s been a delivery issue here but your lines of communication are so difficult that I’ve felt I’ve been left no choice but to reach out on a public platform, just to get some response, in a timely manner)

Great prices! Trusted website! Will defo use again!

In all honesty with the deal I got on my perfume I questioned if the product was real.. Quick email to YSL and received confirmation that the perfume was 100% genuine! Great prices! Trusted website! Will defo use again! I always live by if it seems too good to be true then it probably is, however this clearly does not apply here! Awesome!

Well packaged product.. Delivered quickly even during the Christmas rush

Ordered a porron, and was unsure if it would arrive in a million pieces as it was coming from Spain (to the Uk).. The tracking system allowed me to track my parcel, which arrived Christmas Eve (earlier than expected, thankfully as it was a gift) and was in perfect condition as it was packaged well.. Was very pleased with the service.. Thank You..
