I ordered a lovely gift set for my mum for Christmas on the 9th of December but it never arrived. Customer service is awful after repeated emails to them and online chat they promised that my items would be delivered before Christmas.
Christmas is here no delivery or emails to tell me if my items would be here. Awful customer service.

Tried ordering my hot tub chemicals again from this company after my last order had items missing but thought I would give them another go god I wish I had not. This order came again with missing item and it’s down to the customer to do all the contacting and if you’re lucky they might respond in a couple of days. All you get is sorry warehouse must of missed it. Do you want a refund. I would have not ordered it if I didn’t want it. Apparently the missing item has been delivered by DPD checked cctv when they said it was delivered no one came. Still waiting for a update.
On a better note found a company that can deliver next day and they are brilliant so using them now.

Order some hot tub chemicals and few weeks ago part of the delivery has turned up but still waiting for one of the important item to arrive.
Emailed them a few times but it’s all ways me doing the emails not them keeping me updated. My order should of turned up Tuesday or Wednesday as per their email but still waiting and no response from the email that I sent.
Used this company for a long time but think it’s time to find a new supplier.
