Shopped with laithwaites for years wines generally very good if not happy excellent return service and last delivery by courier again excellent happy to recommend both

Service good products usually as advertised

Delivery was good but very disappointed with item poor quality and instructions were awful

The lady was quick to respond to my call very helpful and pleasant

The nubeo watch was faulty the coronagraph dials did not work due to solid button not sure if watch was a previous returned item,tv presenters tell you it is easy to return item that is no longer true what happened to Asda ,now have to claim back postage fees when it is delivered back,have shopped with ideal world for a long time but will now think long and hard before ordering in the future

Normally very good service but in this case was poor had problems with gift voucher not taking correct nos left for several days with no contact and left up to me to contact,after my call the matter was dealt with efficiently by the gentleman who dealt with the problem

Generally happy with wines and I know that there is no problem with returns have purchased for a long time now and happily recommend

Generally excellent service recently have had payment issues with problem with their system which seems resolved now only given 3 stars because before the deadline yet again a offer was withdrawn even though the wine is available at normal price.
