Refund customer service
Like other reviews. The Customer Service from BrandAlley is absolutely appalling. They get the goods out quick enough. However, should you need to return anything there refund process and customer service response is terrible. Still awaiting over 2 weeks for a refund. Despite them confirming they have received the return and checked all ok. Will not use them again in future
Awful company, do not buy from them
I would have given no stars if I could. I ordered 3 items, one item never arrived at all. The other two items were returned and received by Brandalley 2 weeks ago. No sign of a refund, no response to emails or messages. Shocking company, clearly withholding refund money to bolster their bank account. I have had to get PayPal involved to get my refund.
Extremely Poor Service
the problem with this company they can hide behind AI, non answered emails etc and manager too busy to speak to you, I just want to make everyone aware that Brandalley used different suppliers then the try to fob you off if theres an issue , you have to contact the 3rd party, just making everyone aware when you but anything via Brandalley the contract is with them not the 3rd party
Shocking
Ordered fine before but this time I needed to cancel my email. a week later no response to 3 emails and they dispatch it anyway and now it will cost me to return it. Had they have a decent CS team there would have been a response within 48hrs at the most and all of this would have been avoidable. Long distance selling regulation in the UK and right to cancel - this has been breached!
Appalling delivery delays with no resolution
Ordered 3 items for next day delivery in early September. Only 2 delivered and no explanation why no 3rd. Just BOTs responding with generic nonsense. Date provided for about a 3 week delay. They didn't deliver the jeans. Today was a further delayed date - Not delivered. No responses why, Just BOTs again. Asked for refund 3 times and nothing other than nonsensical generic BOT responses - saying updated status and system down. Would never use again and do not recommend others to, because customer services are largely, if not all BOT related.
Horrendous service
Horrendous service. Ridiculously long time to actually send the refund and then lots of long winded answers to complaint messages from me that don’t say a thing! I just want my money back!! Still waiting after had confirmation of return being received in 20/8/25 and still not had the money!! Absolutely appalling customer service. I will not be buying from them again!

This place use to be really good whilst most of the time they deliver good items at discount. Lately they have not delivering.
Waiting a month items don’t turn up then refund don’t turn up so you have to ring up to get a refund. This process used to be seamless but more & more it’s a headache

Awful refund process
Sent items back on 2nd August, received on 5th by this company yet still some 14 days on no sign of a refund or that they have been inspected. Awful service. Chased and get gobbed off. Bought on klana so will be stopping the payment for the full order until they get their act together
Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. Returned item on 31st July. Told "it had passed the inspection" on 11th August and that it will take another 14 days for the refund to be processed. Absolutely appalling customer service! Why do they do this? Is it so that they can gain on the interest? There is no reason whatsoever for them to hold on to my money. I have even written to the CEO. He hasn't even bothered to reply. Its all done with AI and no human interaction. Avoid! Will never use this company again.

Brandalley and very slow Refunds
Brandalley are very quick to take your money for goods, but extremely slow in giving you a refund. I have chased them twice now and I have just been told that the items were inspected on 23rd and 24th July (they were sent back on 14th July) and now the refund will be processed, which could take up to another 14 days.
Disappointed
Placed an order, Fedex claims to deliver to the neighbour who did not contact me to give me my parcel. Fedex did not leave any card of where they delivered the parcel, I contacted Brandalley customer service who requested me to try to locate my item from the neighbour on my right side Somalian lady, however I was not able to. Knocked on the neighbour door few times no one opened the door I asked that Fedex goes and asked the neighbour where they claim they delivered the item where the parcel is. I Asked this matter to be escalated to the complaint team and was told within two working days senior agents will contact me until this day no one did. Contacted Brandalley again to let them no no one from senior department has been in touch. Ut again no reply. I am frustrated that it take so long for Brandalley to respond and resolve this matter to either offer a refund/replacement.. This is now taking more than a month. I can not understand why I should be the one who is still waiting for something I have paid including the delivery fee to the Brandalley.
My order was incomplete
My order was incomplete, on checking website it said " that the order was still being processed." two weeks later the items had still not arrived. dispute was being ignored so I claimed through pay pal only to be told that the order had arrived three weeks earlier so the dispute was rejected. Yes an oeder had arrived but it was incomplete. no body would listen. Also bought jewelry that was advertised as 80/ off. the jewelry was tat and nowhere near the price it was claimed . avoid .
A terrible company to deal with
I sent the item back and I’m still waiting for my refund. 10 days later. I’ll never use this website again. I think people should stay clear from it. I’ll give you another few more days and then get in touch with my bank to get a refund.
Less of the fake BS discount codes please
I cant remember the last time a discount code that was emailed to me by Brand Alley actually worked. Doesn't matter what you add to your basket apparently the discount code isn't valid. So please Brand alley - less of the BS sales tactics that just annoy people just rather not bother with the fake discount codes that was my time
Still waiting for refund
Had to return a watch that was too big for a refund. Turns out it’s a trusted seller which is a pain to arrange. Still waiting 11 days for refund £136.22. Trusted seller say they have to tried to refund but it’s a problem with BA. Then BA say it’s up to the seller. Getting really worried now. Also opened a case with PayPal to try and get my refund that way.
Seems to be happening regularly with BA recently always difficult to get refunds. Not using BA anymore too

Disappearing order
My account disappeared and with it an order that had not been fulfilled though it was placed some 6 weeks previously.h On contacting the supplier they were unable to find my order, they have been having some sort of system update? I have closed my account and will no longer use them as I believe that their system is not very secure longer safe or secure.
