Can’t really give any stars. Item ordered was not a real size 14! Refund? Where is my refund? Yes this process is taking much longer than 14 days. DO NOT ORDER from this company unless they actually massively improve !

Great quality items,delivered in a timely manner. Sensible packaging with no unnecessary extra packaging.

Fairly quick and easy. Annoyingly though the app gives you the chance to reserve seats, and despite ticking this option, you can’t reserve on some cross country services which I feel is poor.

Terrible customer service.
Having ordered from you before with no problems, my last order was not fit for consumption on arrival. Despite contacting the company with photographic evidence of mould on the scones there was no offer of a refund or replacement item.
The company denied there could be any problem and refused to accept there was a problem.
This company does not appear to care about its consumers if there is a problem.
Thoroughly dissatisfied with the appalling customer service. Shan’t be using you again.

Good idea and great concept- the site does crash a bit which can be annoying and my experience of transferring to vouchers is proving challenging
