Appalling delivery delays with no resolution

Ordered 3 items for next day delivery in early September. Only 2 delivered and no explanation why no 3rd. Just BOTs responding with generic nonsense. Date provided for about a 3 week delay. They didn't deliver the jeans. Today was a further delayed date - Not delivered. No responses why, Just BOTs again. Asked for refund 3 times and nothing other than nonsensical generic BOT responses - saying updated status and system down. Would never use again and do not recommend others to, because customer services are largely, if not all BOT related.

UPS to be avoided - appalling delivery service and information

Shocking delivery information which is clearly incorrect.Telling me 2 days on the trott that the curtians i needed for a guest bedroom (guests had arrived) would not delivered. Updated after 6pm to say next day again. I can't speak to curtains2go, as too late. Poor service. Poor customer service. Unreliable delivery.

This has not improved. No delivery on the 2nd, rescheduled didn't arrive either and today is due in the next 2 hours but hasn't even left their depot in Bury St Edmunds. Also the history is a lie. It states that 'the receiver requested' rescheduled delivery. I have not done so in any of the 4 previous days. How dare they claim such a thing, especially as I have had contact many times about this and there was a supposed intervention on this by UPS trust pilot on 2nd. They simply reschedule after 6pm each time and send another date. Don't use and don't trust their nonsensical tracking information.

Just tried to order and it says 3 month…

Just tried to order and it says 3 month kit supply with reduction is 135, when you click the order it doubles in price. Not genuine. Not impressed.

Eu roaming monthly charges - package, watch out they don't keep charging you.

Eu roaming charges - what they don't roll it on without an end date.
I asked for one month in June last year to go to Portugal and expected it to come off in July. Otherwise I try to only use my phone when WiFi enabled wherever I go, so I don't end up with charges. Checked the bill today and saw they had continued without an end date, despite the agree with the call handler. Unwilling to refund what I paid. Unacceptable service and complaint handling.

If you've added on a roaming pass, this doesn't have an automatic expiry date and will roll on unless you set one with us, I know it's frustrating as you'll be out of pocket but we always advise our customers to keep an eye on their bill to make sure you're only paying for what you need.

Purecard reward BT con

I was supposedly offered a £75 pure card reward, and it's been almost impossible to try to get any response activating this card or getting details. I spent several weeks going backwards. It's a con.

Appalling app. Puts you off watching anything. Drops out, then forced to watch adverts every five seconds. One episode, did this 5 times, this has nothing to do with WiFi speed.

Excellent service

Excellent service. pleased with the shopping experience, staff helpful and came away with all the products (and more than went in for). Only issue was delivery date which was limited, but it can't be helped.
