Avoid online ordering
This has got to be the worst website ever nothing works you end up speaking with a robot that cannot understand order numbers, you cannot even email a human person for help it’s the worst experience ever. I had problems a year ago with this company but silly me decided to try again you & it’s still as bad I will never use you again & your shocking Customer service, what bit you have.

Very helpful advisor, the reason I’ve not given five stars is that I’m still having problems with the smart metre the gas recording is not working & I cannot send a manual reading as that won’t work either !!! The lady I spoke to did reset this & get a reading for me but it’s still faulty.

This company used to be so good for online orders its now shocking, it’s impossible to speak to customer service on the phone they don’t offer that service so you end up sending emails & if your lucky after a week you get a reply !!!! I got no invoice & no confirmation that they had received my order it takes over three weeks to get your orders, what’s happened to such a good online company ? I have used USC for years but will never deal with them again.
