Disappointed
Placed an order, Fedex claims to deliver to the neighbour who did not contact me to give me my parcel. Fedex did not leave any card of where they delivered the parcel, I contacted Brandalley customer service who requested me to try to locate my item from the neighbour on my right side Somalian lady, however I was not able to. Knocked on the neighbour door few times no one opened the door I asked that Fedex goes and asked the neighbour where they claim they delivered the item where the parcel is. I Asked this matter to be escalated to the complaint team and was told within two working days senior agents will contact me until this day no one did. Contacted Brandalley again to let them no no one from senior department has been in touch. Ut again no reply. I am frustrated that it take so long for Brandalley to respond and resolve this matter to either offer a refund/replacement.. This is now taking more than a month. I can not understand why I should be the one who is still waiting for something I have paid including the delivery fee to the Brandalley.
