I purchased two mattress toppers…

I purchased two mattress toppers recently but unfortunately were not long enough. Tried to return to Debenhams but information given was to return to supplier. After several emails, one asking if I had opened the parcel!!!some replies repeated, I was able to download a returns label. Still waiting for refund .
As I purchased from Debenhams I would have expected to receive refund from them, but who knows?

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your recent experience. Really sorry to hear you've not received your refund, as it's a concession item you will be refunded by the concession brand.

We have up to 14 days to process your return once received and issue your refund back to your account. Depending on your payment method it can then take up to a further 5 days to show as an available balance again.

I can assure you that the refund will be processed and will be with you soon.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses, the parcel arrived but only one pair. After contacting on WhatsApp I was told the order had been sent. Since then I have sent numerous messages reporting missing item but all I get in reply is send my order no, email address and item number. This I have done. I have tried the advertised phone numbers which do not ring out. Now desperate, I cannot afford to lose this money. Help. Really poor customer service.

I ordered flowers last week for my…

I ordered flowers last week for my daughter in law’s birthday on the 16th. Had an email to say they had been delivered, certainly not to my daughter in law. Response from the company very poor, have to wait 48 hours so they can speak to the courier. In the meantime I am left with no flowers delivered and very poor customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Like other reviewers I ordered a pair…

Like other reviewers I ordered a pair of shoes eight weeks ago, they said the first pair had been delivered to the wrong address and they would send another pair. Still waiting!!! An absolute con , Facebook should not allow them to advertise on its site.
