Rojes on the help desk is a super star

Got through to help desk quickly and spoke to Rojes, Despite me being a bit grumpy to start with he was patient, friendly and helpful throughout. He called me back to confirm my security, renewed my contract, he was knowledgeable, improved my broadband speed and stayed on the line until I was happy with everything. I would absolutely give him top marks. Unfortunately when I received a survey request from Virgin Media about Rojes performance i constantly get an undelivered text response.

David the surveyor was brilliant

David the surveyor was brilliant, providing great advice. I visited the show room and changed my mind a few times. Each time David gave me a new quote and I never once felt pressured to buy. Decided on what to go for and was kept informed throughout. Fitter was punctual, clean and tidy and did a superb job. Wardrobes look great, better than the show room so absolutely delighted with the results

Ive banked with Charter for years and…

Ive banked with Charter for years and was extremely disappointed to find that my Easy access ISA was paying less than the current rate they offered. Decided I’d transfer to the new rate and stay with Charter but after on hour trying to fathom out the process I gave up. I really can’t be bothered to have to regularly check that Charter are giving me the same rate as new customers or follow the torturous process to get that rate. They don’t deserve my loyalty so ive now transferred my ISA to a new supplier with an even better rate and the process was simple.

Kent Reliance rope you into an account…

Kent Reliance rope you into an account with a decent interest rate then reduce it and launch a new easy access account paying a higher rate. Unless you keep checking their website for the latest rates and new accounts you will lose out. I simply cannot be bothered to constantly monitor, plus when you try to change with them it’s an absolute pain. Withdrawing my money and going somewhere else that treats its customers fairly

Great way to sell a car

Great way to sell a car and this company has got the whole process spot on. From initial contact you are guided through the process by their helpful staff and within the App. The dealer arrived to view the car and paid through the App and the money was in my account in seconds. Same with transferring the car to the new owner, it’s just so simple. Photos were a little bit difficult to take and I was asked to retake some before the car went to auction but that’s in your best interests. Got a great price for the car. 100% recommend Motorway

I’ve used Find Transfers several times…

I’ve used Find Transfers several times now for transport in Spain, Portugal, Greece and Turkey. Easy to use and first rate service given every time. Provide your details of when and where you want to be picked up and your destination and you will be supplied with options and prices from local companies. There are reviews for the drivers and car types so you can select what suits you best. I liked that they offered inter town transfers not just airport pick ups and had a superb ride from Fethiye to Dalyan recently. Will continue to use them in future.

No problem collecting Avios but try spending them with BA. Of all the website/apps I have ever encountered BA is the absolute worst.

Wanted to move my maturing Halifax isa to another with Halifax. Website is totally unclear and instructions are ridiculously complicated. I have no idea why they are treating the application as if I was transferring my ISA from another provider and it’s going to take 15 days to process. This should have been immediate.

Foolishly opened the doors to the…

Foolishly opened the doors to the masses (previously public sector employees) when the NHS is under stress and apparently didn’t foresee the consequential increased demand. Long term members are now being asked to pay the price as the monthly fee has sky rocketed from £12.80 to £15.50 due to an increase in demand for services presumably by people who have only paid in for a matter of weeks.

Third time using this company

Ordered iPad on Sunday and was advised ships in 6 -8 working days. Never received despatch notification to track item so was surprised when it was delivered by Royal Mail earlier than stipulated on Saturday morning. Included an additional charger to use in UK. Third time I’ve used this company and always been happy with delivery, product and price. Communication could be better but doesn’t warrant taking off a star.

Best quality by far for fruit and veg

Best quality by far for fruit and veg, lasts way longer than other stores so works out better value. Ponteland branch has friendly helpful staff and great range of produce. Shame the Newcastle store has closed, would love one to reopen.
