AVOID!!

AVOID!!! If you are lucky enough to receive your order you can most definitely forget about your refund. They promise to refund within 14 days but that's a lie. I have not once recieved my refund from them without getting my bank involved. This company is running a scam and needs to be reported!!!

Not good at all

AVOID!! They do not refund unless you chase them every day for weeks. Happened to me 4 times. Never ever again!! Horrible company!!

Lovely lingerie

Lovely lingerie. But one of the bodysuits had a loose stitching, so I returned it. Extremely slow returned process. Needed to chase the refund. But the communication with a seller was good and refund issued promptly after that.

Used to be good but now no-one answers…

Used to be good but now no-one answers the phone calls and emails ,online chat is turned off also. Impossible to get hold of them. Very dissapointing

Edited : I have not heard from Randox health and its a lie that they requested more information.

I still don't have my full report and it has been exactly a month since I went for Everywomen test

No more

Slow delivery, items from same order delivered separately. 1 item 2 weeks late. Also be aware, when you buy on sale item,you won't be able to return it. It does say it anywhere in the shop or on the website. I wanted to return leggings which were faulty but because it was sale item,they refused my return and refund. I have been their customer for few years but it has put me off of them now. Service has gone downhill a lot,also the quality of clothing.

Extreamly slow delivery. Items in same order sent separately, one arriving 2 weeks after promised delivery. Also their sale is absolute joke. None of the items/sizes are in stock. Service gone down the hill a lot lately.

Useless

Useless. There's always problems with them. They never follow instructions, app is pointless because when you set your safe place or preferred neighbour,it's never acknowledged. I try not to order from retailers who uses parcelforce but sometimes they change courier without notice. Yet again another parcel not delivered as instructed!!
Update : delivery was rescheduled between 12.10pm-4.10pm. I got home at 10.30am and found another red card saying failed delivery attempt and now my parcel will be held in their depot. I'm extremely upset. It was second time,they didn't delivery when promised, ignored instructions to leave it in safe place,with a neighbour or take it to local post office. I have a feeling driver is doing this on purpose!!! Most unreliable courier service I have ever encountered!!!

Order places on Sunday the 15th,it was…

Order places on Sunday the 15th,it was shipped on the 17th and delivered on 20th ( I'm in London, UK ).Can't fault the service. Everything packed nicely, all items just as advertised. Very happy with my purchase .
P.s they weren't as good as they are few years back. Twice I recieved used items. So I said to my self never again but I was too tempted when I saw them selling my favourite brand (rag&bone) 4 times cheaper than most sites. I'm glad I took the risk :D

Lovely item but they put wrong address…

Lovely item but they put wrong address on the package. Thankfully I was at home to catch the delivery guy at my neighbours trying to deliver my parcel. Not happy with their service

Edited after their response here : I contacted their customer service via email regarding the issue with the label . It's been weeks now and they haven't even bothered to respond. I will definitely not order from them again. Very ignorant company

Plastic free but full of natural…

Plastic free but full of natural flavoring which is actually pure poison. Extremely dissapointing.

Natural flavouring is not clean or toxin free. More often than not natural flavours are highly processed and contain many chemical additives. They are just as damaging to human body than artificial flavoring. There's hundreds if not thousands of articles written about it,also many studies. Unless you can prove that all your flavouring comes straight from plants,spices, etc and are not chemically modified,I stand by my original comment. Your gum is not healthy!!!

My flight from London Gatwick to…

My flight from London Gatwick to Tallinn was on time and went fairly well. My only complaint would be the air quality/air conditioning on the plane. When we were boarding it felt like stepping into oven. The plane was unbearable hot to the point of being danger to your health. People were desperately fiddling with the things above your head where the air should be flowing from. It was so bad it took my all strength not to get up and storm out of the plane. Thankfully the ac was switched on once the plane took off but it still wasn't strong enough. People were fanning themselves with newspapers. It was very uncomfortable. I'm not looking forward to my return flight in few days time. Not sure why they keep the plane so hot but its not ok and sooner or later someone will faint or worse.

If it still feels too hot - we can invite you to contact our Cabin Crew. However, there can be situations when someone's perfect temperature is too cold for other, etc., however we are doing everything possible to balance this out for all the passengers. Thank you.

They used to be very good but not any…

They used to be very good but not any more. They are always delayed or cancelled. Very overcrowded. I travel with them 3- 4 times a week from East Croydon to St Pancras ( return) and there's no day where service runs without delays or cancellation. Today they used excuse that engineering works weren't finished on time. Another day they said there's kids bike on the tracks!!!! Come on!!!
Also trains are extremely hot in winter months. Very uncomfortable when you are standing there with hundreds of other commuters pressed against each other like sardines. Horrible!

I love Whistles and their product but…

I love Whistles and their product but since they changed their usual courier DPD for cheap unreliable Evri I will never order from them again. Evri stole my beautiful £200 cashmere jumper. Saying I'm upset would be understatement!!!!!
Update!! After many emails I found out that it was not Evri's fault after all,Whistles didn't create ECP number which I required by courier to deliver a parcel. I can't believe Whistles tried to blame me saying I gave them wrong address when order was meant to be delivered to collection point what they provided on their website. I will definitely never order from them again!!!

I am very sorry to hear that you did not receive your order. We have been using Evri for a number of years now and find them to be just as reliable as any other courier.
Unfortunately, as I do not have your order number, I'm not able to look too far into this but I can see that was meant to be delivered to a collection point and would like to advise that it is not that generate the collection codes or ECPs, it is HubBox.
Again, I do apologise for the disappointment caused. Please be assured that this is not reflective of the usual level of customer service we would expect our customers to receive from us or from our couriers.

Easy to order,fast enough delivery. Unfortunately jeans weren't what I was looking for ( very thick denim,I like thin material. Little bit outdated design) but return process was easy, refund issued on time frame promised. I have jumpers and boots from them which I like,I guess their jeans are just not for me

Good product but dodgy discount offers

Good product and actually only protein powder ( vegan ) I can have without getting bloated. I would give 5* but there seem to be problems with their sales/discounts. It let's you add everything to your bag with discount but when you are about to check out it changes it back to full price. It happened 3 times now where they advertise discount but charge my card full price. Thankfully its not massive amount of money but still. It makes me feel I have been scammed
