STAY AWAY giving this company 1 star to…

Even giving this company 1 star to register a review is too much ! I ordered bag and within 8 weeks zip fell off and it has been at least 10weeks of me contacting them via email or chat with no resolution .. they promise resolution within 5 days 😡customer service shocking only robotic answers every time no one wanting to deal with problem or resolve it! NEVER buy from this shoddy company daylight robbery .. I can kiss goodbye to money spent

Refund? Forget it be prepared to wait!

I will never order from this company again customer service is rubbish a return from jan still not sorted or refunded and I have sent loads of emails with same generic computer response Iam still fighting for a refund totally unacceptable
