I have just participated in my first online research, which I found enjoyable.
My meeting link didn't arrive so I had to make contact on the day, however, Jess returned my missed call and dealt with it immediately.
I have signed up to a few different research companies, but this appears to be the most straightforward one.
At time of writing I haven't received payment as this takes time to process, however, I am confident it will process without issue.
Hopefully, I will be accepted to attend more of the same.
All in all, very satisfied.

Really terrible app. Constantly saying, 'something went wrong'. Rewind and forward don't work. Resume watching never shows my programme.
All other apps on TV work fine but this one keeps saying my TV is not connected to internet.
Find it the most awful app to use and try to avoid using it. Shame as I have always liked ITV programmes.

Shocking company. Supposed to provide annual boiler service but always cancel therefore can go over a year without a service. Tried to book one in January, still waiting and won't be done until Mid May when they will probably cancel again. My elderly mum pays almost £400 a year but only time they come out is if she pays for a call out for a boiler repair, perhaps if they did the service it wouldn't need the repair.
I recently advised that a radiator was leaking and causing boiler pressure to drop therefore could they fix it whilst doing the service, they advised she would have to pay a separate call out for the radiator, despite it being covered in the policy.
Customer service is very poor and simply look at how they can take extra money off customers who already pay high premium.
I have compared the service and can get much better at a fraction of the cost, so will not use them again.
If you want stress and are happy to be exploited then this is the company for you!

Review of Gotogate
Booked flights in 2020 for a trip from Vietnam to Bali, paid additional for extra luggage. I was advised by Go To Gate shortly after booking that the flight had been cancelled due to covid and advised a refund would be issued on request, which I did. 2 years on I am still waiting for said refund from GTG, who state they will refund when it is received. I have chased it numerous times without success. My partner also booked with GTG for a separate flight and has also had no refund.
Very poor service and would advise to avoid this company. Instead use Trip.com who refunded for separate flights within a short time.

Would give no stars if I could. Never works. Get to adverts and all I get is dots across screen then doesn't reload. Takes about 3 hrs to watch a half hour programme..grrrr!

Only ordered twice, on both occasions had to contact customer services as discount vouchers didn’t work, first used online chat to report and told it couldn’t be applied, then sent email and it was resolved immediately. Personally think that being charged to return items works out very expensive on top of delivery charge, should be one or the other. Won’t use again as basically I have paid £9.45 to try something on that didn’t fit! I do however accept that I knew this when I ordered but will stick to other less costly online shops in future.
