The worst transportation experience I’ve ever had – completely unacceptable.
We booked a ride with Viggo Taxi, and everything about it was a nightmare. The driver, Saadat, was incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. She refused to accept Visa card payment, which should be a basic requirement, and forced us to pay in cash — at double the normal fare.
Even worse, she turned off the taximeter during the ride and covered the in-car camera, clearly to hide her actions. This was a deliberate attempt to deceive and overcharge us.
When we contacted Viggo customer service, they were completely unhelpful. Instead of addressing the situation, they issued a fake invoice after our complaint — with a false fare and manipulated information in an attempt to cover up their driver’s misconduct.
This is not just poor service — it’s fraudulent, unethical, and potentially criminal. We have since reported this incident to the Danish Road Traffic Authority (Færdselsstyrelsen) and the Danish Police. We hope this leads to a proper investigation.
Avoid Viggo at all costs. This company cannot be trusted.

Den værste transportoplevelse, jeg nogensinde har haft – fuldstændig uacceptabelt.
Vi bestilte en tur med Viggo Taxi, og det var en total katastrofe. Chaufføren, Saadat, opførte sig ekstremt uprofessionelt og uærligt. Hun nægtede at tage imod Visa-kort, hvilket burde være standard, og tvang os til at betale kontant – til det dobbelte af den normale pris.
Endnu værre var det, at hun slukkede taxameteret under turen og dækkede bilens kamera, tydeligvis for at skjule, hvad hun havde gang i. Det var en bevidst handling for at snyde og overopkræve os.
Da vi kontaktede Viggos kundeservice, fik vi ingen reel hjælp. I stedet for at tage ansvar, udstedte de en falsk faktura efter vores klage – med forkerte oplysninger og et manipuleret beløb for at dække over deres chaufførs svindel.
Det her handler ikke kun om dårlig service – det er uetisk, bedragerisk og muligvis strafbart. Vi har derfor anmeldt sagen til Færdselsstyrelsen og Dansk Politi i håb om, at der bliver sat en undersøgelse i gang.
Hold jer langt væk fra Viggo. Det er en virksomhed, man ikke kan stole på.
Worse taxi app, It will ask advance pay ment without insuring if there is taxi available in the area. They just charge you up front, you have no choice is to pay for it. Can’t recommend to anyone. Bad driver and service.

Women beware! Don't use Viggo. Order a taxi!
At the beginning of the journey, my girlfriend was forced to give a 5-star rating. And after 60% of the journey, the driver got tired of being stuck in traffic and asked her to leave the car. It was a strange conversation and she felt uncomfortable and scared. She went to customer care and made a complaint. All she received was a 7 euro voucher. No information about what will happen to the driver. Oh boy... It's not about money, it's about the fact that you employ horrible and dangerous people.

No customer focus. The vehicles run out of charge in the middle of the trip, and no one takes responsibility.
There is a clear lack of customer care. The cars run out of charge halfway through the trip, leaving customers stranded, and yet no one seems to take responsibility for this inconvenience. It's frustrating to deal with such issues, especially when you're relying on the service to get you where you need to go.
I'm disappointed.

I am a viggo customer last week i booked a taxi from Farum to Kastrup airport, driver is a very good man and we had a good communication with him he told me that FB show up time on viggo scam is 1 hour before. He also tole me prons and cons of that. In my opnion it is too much. You have to reduce the the time from 1 hour to maximum 30 mint. As othe taxi branches have 15/20 minutes.
Some time it is also irrritating for customer too to receeve messages too. I n my opnion in 5 to 10 minutes taxi can reach anywhere in the said district. Please count my opnion as iam your loyal customer.

I had a very bad experience with a Viggo taxi deiver in Copenhagen. He scammed me by pretending that he didn’t know how to drive to the “Little Mermaid” and refused to use the meter. He then charged me 198 danish kroner for a short drive. He gave taxi drivers in Copenhagen a very bad name

Always have a good experience with Viggo + when I had a small issue with putting in the wrong address they were quick to refund me for the difference even though it was my fault. Couldn't recommend more!

Apart from the quality of the regular service (showing up on time, driving carefully, actually knowing the destination, etc.) compared to other taxi services, I have just had a tremendous experience.
One busy morning, I used Viggo to get to an important meeting. After the meeting, I realized that I could not find my wallet. After having checked all pockets and my bag, I realized that it might be in the taxi.
I used the app to reach out to Viggo for help. After a very short while, I got a kind reply that they were on the case and reaching out to the driver. A short while later the driver actually phoned me and told me he had my wallet. He ended up meeting me later the same day in the middle of Copenhagen, keeping me updated by text messages on his progress. I got my wallet and the driver did not want any compensation for the time and effort he had put in.
Altogether an brilliant experience by a company that actually recognizes that they are in the service business - and again I am comparing to other taxi companies in Denmark.
I have switched all my taxi use to Viggo, no regrets.

Forgot my phone in taxi and realized after arriving to hotel. Not the best ending for a nightmare of a day. An hour and a half later I got the phone back with a smile from my taxi driver.
Needless to say I am extremeley happy with the service.

I had the bad fortune to forget an item on a Viggo, and the support I received was horrible: I immediately contacted the driver, who gave me an appointment, so I rushed to the meeting point. After 40mins of waiting out in the cold, with the driver repeating “I’ll be there in 10’”, he never showed up.
I contacted the chat support, they replied the day after. They told me not to worry, and that they will coordinate the delivery. Which they did, without though informing me that I’d have to pay 700dkk (100€) to get my item back. So once I met the driver, he denied to give me my lost item, unless I paid the exuberant fee (the average ride in Copenhagen center is 150dkk).
Customer service tried to put the blame on me, saying “they informed me I’d have to pay for the ride”. Of course though, they never mentioned the ride would be 5times the average price!
Why didn't the driver deliver during his shift, the night before, as I requested, at a logical fee?
Why didn't Viggo inform me, that the driver wasn't working the day after, thus the fee would be different?
Why didn't the driver take care of delivering, since he wasn't working the day after?
Why after all the miscommunication due to their incapability to efficiently manage the matter, didn't they at least admit their error, but tried to blame the customer?
Why did they deny to give me my item?
I now left Copenhagen as I was here for just 2days. But honestly, I will never ever again use Viggo, because they don't respect their customers.
They made me wait and lose time without ever resolving the issue, even though they promised they would.

Great pickup from Copenhagen airport. I made a mistake with the money conversion from danish to American and way overtipped the driver, but the folks at Viggo helped me sort it out and refunded me. Will use Viggo again for sure!
