We have used Bolt many times while in France the last 5 weeks with mixed results. Several times we had a driver and a ETA, but then it would change and time would increase—sometimes 3-4 times! 😩 Anot... See more

Bolt is the first European mobility super-app. We're fighting for better cities and against private cars, offering a better alternative to every purpose a private car serves – including ride-hailing, shared cars and scooters, and food and grocery delivery.
Go wherever, whenever. Request a ride in seconds, get picked up by a top-rated driver in minutes and enjoy a comfortable ride to wherever you’re going; or skip the traffic entirely on one of our industry-leading scooters or e-bikes.
Founded in Estonia in 2013, Bolt operates in over 500 cities in more than 45 countries in Europe, Africa, Western Asia and Latin America.
Bolt has more than 150 million customers and more than 3 million driver and courier partners across the globe.

So useless and waste of time using Bolt
Sometime at AirPort u have to wait 3-4 hrs to get ur turn , 100% Uber is much better
My ride was booked a day before and quickly accepted by Bolt, telling me that further details would be shared one hour before pickup time. Well, great. One minute before the time limit I was informed that my ride had to be cancelled. That’s right was part of an international journey and call me a lot of trouble. How absurd is to accept the ride and then tell your client one minute before the pick up time that there were no cabs available? These guys are not ready to operate here. I’m deleting the app and removing the app from my employee’s organisation.
My wife and I are both seniors.
Recently( Monday, Oct 13th @ 6.45pm). We took a bolt ride from Charles De Guille airport to Hampton Inn @ 2 Avenue, Heinz Gloor after returning London ( UK) by Euro star.
The driver did not have the certousy to help us with the luggage from the trunk. His main concern was " money, money", ( payment) which he repeatedly asked. While my wife was taking out her luggage from the trunk of his car.
I questioned him questioned him as to why he didn't help. He mumbled some thing inaudible in Arabic.
We were not impressed by the level of service provided by this driver.
If you look at our history of rides taken from Cdg to Hampton Inn, you can decipher who the driver was.
Maybe, its not his job, I understand, but, be compassionate, mindful, of seniors and show common courtesy.
Overall, I have had a good experience with Bolt. However, I would like them to arrive at the correct address for my home and not charge me for waiting, even though I am already waiting at the correct address. One driver asked me to pay by card for an additional fee, as I had requested the wrong destination address.
Some drivers take too long to find or they cancel. One driver didn’t drop us to our destination because of a detour and we had to walk 10 mins.
Nice shift and cool 👍
Best practice to know the best way without assistance
I really like it. It's punctual and save alot of money in comparison with Uber.
lovely company lovely drivers I have spent a lot of money on taxi cabs and this is one of the best security and also availability plus flexibility you cannot ask for more 👍👍👍👍
Very easy to book a ride. The prices are moderate. Drivers are friendly and drive safely.
