Women beware! Don't use Viggo. Order a taxi!
At the beginning of the journey, my girlfriend was forced to give a 5-star rating. And after 60% of the journey, the driver got tired of being stuck in traffic and asked her to leave the car. It was a strange conversation and she felt uncomfortable and scared. She went to customer care and made a complaint. All she received was a 7 euro voucher. No information about what will happen to the driver. Oh boy... It's not about money, it's about the fact that you employ horrible and dangerous people.

After investigating the situation, we found that there was a language barrier that may have led to some miscommunication. We can confirm that our driver did not ask your girlfriend to leave the vehicle and that she was safely driven to her destination.
