I would like to report dangerous driving by one of your drivers.
The taxi with license plate BN 98 326 was driving aggressively, cutting off other cars, and braking suddenly in traffic near Store Kongensgade 94, 1264 København at around 16:15 today.
Such behaviour is very unsafe and unprofessional.
Please investigate this incident.

They never picked me up, they so i ordered again, and then they didn’t come again. They still took the money for both rides. Ive send several emails and no response. Scammers

Got threatened by a driver. First he was rude and insulted me, then said his taximeter was not working and wanted me to pay to mobile pay. When I said it’s not okay, he threatened me that he will call police. When I asked for his id said he is welcome to call police, he said he would drive me “to a place” - blocked the doors and started driving away from the drop - off point. I felt very unsafe and demanded he stoped the car. Eventually he did.

They charged me for 3 rides but I only had one. Everytime I ordered a taxi it didn’t show up but the third time it came. Got home and saw that they also charges me for the rides where the driver didn’t come. Also - they have no customer service but an email auto something. I wrote to them three days ago but still no answer. Good luck contacting them.

Driver was very kind but I wanted to get my receipt via email later on. The company doesn't provide phone number to reach to them and they don't answer email and then they started sending ads to my email without my consent and without helping me about my ticket what so ever.

Ordered an drivr car, and told customer service I was in a bit of a hurry. Drivr responded very quickly, and made me get there in time. Overall the chauffeur, customer service and just drivr overall surprised me. Very happy customer here😆🤚
I took a ride with Drivr on 1st of March.
at the arrival the driver told me that he forgot to charge the payment pos, after paying by Mobilepay he said, he is not able to provide me with receipt. i tried several time to call the company, but no one is responding so far.

had amazing expirience with a driver named Sasha. I believe taxies recieve a bad reputation in general, but my taxi driver was so kind and helpful with bunch of different informaiton . I just wanted to prase the company and the driver

From CPH airport to Ibis Styles, less than 7 km. After the departure the driver said that it was not possible to pay with card but only cash: the machine was not working. We started to think that something was not clear also because we are foreigners and he asked that. When finally we arrived at the hotel we asked for a bill, that we needed for reimbursement, but he refused saying that it was not possible: he invited us to take some photos. We didn't and asked for a bill. He gave us a piece of an envelope where he wrote his phone number saying that it was enough. After some discussions and threat not to pay, he gave us a bill. We took it, it was 2 in the night and we were tired. Later we saw that probably the bill was from someone else that paid with a visa and the date was not exact. And our reimbursement is missing, of course.
We paid 200 kr. but others paid less than us for the same distance at the same time.
This is the most awful experience with taxi. Avoid DRIVR

I came by train and took "Drivr" taxi from the train station to the hotel at Skt Petri: Taxi information CVR nr 39048329, Chaufor ID 507444 on Sept 28th, 2023.
The driver pretended it was a lot of construction to take the shortest way to the hotel and took us on a very long trip. He did this to increase the trip fare. Finally, the total price was $29.22, probably 3 times more than it should be for that short distance.
It was the worst trip I ever had with a taxi.
Please stay away from this company, and use other taxi companies.

I have been trying to get in contact with Drivr since 8 September: no replies.
On Tuesday evening 6 September, my daughter and me took a Drivr cab from Christiana to Next House Copenhagen.
Your driver dropped us at Urban House near Central Station. I told him this is not our hotel and if he could please use his GPS. He fumbled with his device and confirmed that it was Next House.
Obviously, reasoning with that driver didn't make sense, so I paid the bill and we walked to our hotel ( 11 min ).
Your driver did NOT get us where we wanted to, he made a HUGE detour that took 13 minutes drive instead of 6 minutes. I verified on Google maps. On top, your driver was watching soccer WHILST driving.
Would you not get back to me, I will not hesitate to take further steps. Your driver is robbing tourists, watching his phone whilst driving, dropping women off after dark at the wrong place.

I have now enjoyed my 3 rides with an amazing drivr. She’s absolutely gorgeous, a super driver and she’s Always smiling. I have enjoyed my rides with her and saved her number for further rides. You guys should appreciate a drivr like Misbha. Amazing Girl.
Why dont you care for your customers?
I had a ride from central station Copenhagen to my home - besides that the driver hardly understood me, the ride was ok. I forgot my brand new gloves in the cab, thought that was no problem - I just contact the company. The telephone number on the receipt was not working - wrote on the contact side on their webpage - no response, wrote to you on Facebook - no response. So how on earth can you run a company that cares so little about the customer, that you make it impossible to get in contact with you? Hope who ever found my gloves enjoys them - the were fantastic.
Please do not use once again do not use there service it’s so bad and the drivers are very unfriendly and not understanding at all it’s all about money and cheat

I "took" a DRIVR taxi at Osterport station asking to be brought to Trianglen station on a day the metro was closed. The driver rudely told me to get out of the taxi, saying (quote) "it is 2 km from here, you can walk 2 km, I am not driving there, get off the taxi" in Danish. He then refused to drive me there, after my complaint, and repeated me to get off the taxi. Moreover, the taxi had no countermeasure no hand sanitizer for corona. Never again.
