RIPPED OFF BY THE TAXI DRIVER!!
We took a taxi from the cruise terminal to the airport. First the driver was friendly. Normally it costs about 300 DKK. After a trip through the whole center of Copenhagen he asked for 692 DKK. Impudently he wanted also 10 euro tip. The driver was very upset when we said that we wanted to pay by card (just to have proof of his fraudation). We made a complain to Taxi4x27 but never get any response. So people.. AVOID this currupt company!!!

I ordered a taxi beforehand to go to the hospital. The order was approved and I got the confirmation in the app. At the expected time I was waiting for my taxi but no car arrived. When I called the "customer service" of 4x27, I was greeted by an unpleasant lady who informed me that she had no car to send to me! I asked her why my trip was still confirmed in the app and why they hadn't informed me beforehand. She told they didn't bother themselves informing their customers about any cancellation. And when I asked her what I was supposed to do to arrive to the hospital on time, she replied: call another taxi!
Awful experience, awful service, the only conclusion I made - you can never rely on this company, especially if you need to arrive somewhere at exact time: hospital, airport etc.
Never order this taxi to avoid such experience!

I left my phone in the taxi on Sunday afternoon. It is a very anxious time when you do this. I was very pleased with the fast and friendly service provided by the 4x27 customer service team to find my phone and return it. It means a lot.

Got charged for a taxi fresh off a plane into Copenhagen. 450kr for 15 mins from airport to Next House. Can't be right.

I'm very disappointed with this company. They are very low responsibility for the customer.
I was called them to book the taxi to go to train Sønderborg station from yesterday evening to picke me up today at 7 am. I getting the message confirms about the taxi will come to pick me up. But sadly the taxi not coming and I was waiting until I called them again to check for me taxi. But they said everyone is busy right now is mean no one will come to pick me up.
They have no responsibility at all. I almost late for the train. And they not even apologize or call to check me.
I wouldn't recommend everyone to use this company for taxi. !!! Very Low quality and not responsible.

Sometimes l take a taxi from this company and the drivers have more or less the same profile: indifferent or antagonistic. When l pay and leave the taxi l always have a feeling of a bad taste. Maybe they should open a kiosk and be more mindfull of clients.

Pre-ordered a taxi for the coming night at 2.30 to get me to a flight connection in Aarhus in their app. Booking was confirmed, received reminder again at 2.00. At 2.23 received a call that there is no taxi to pick me up and they cancelled. No offer of compensation.

The taxi takes the longest route to our hotel and charge an extra 100 dkk. After the route telling us that there is a night fee charge. These are scam artists. We’ve been through many countries using taxis and Copenhagen, Denmark is by worst in the world.

Long waiting time, and then another 7 minutes late! Car comes slowly as driver had all the time in the world, did not even bother to say sorry! Customer service not helpful at all
We call taxi when we are in hurry to get somewhere, not because i have all the time and money of the world to spare on driving around in taxi

Worst taxi I've ever taken. Was going from Copenhagen airport to Lund in Sweden. This normally takes 35 minutes. I said to the driver to go to Lund, Sweden. After two minutes he asked if I was going to Copenhagen and I explained to him again that I was going to Sweden. He then realized he didn't have his passport with him, so he stopped by his house to pick it up. He then drove in 80-90 km/h the whole highway where the limit is 110. When we came to my destination I tried paying with my card, but his card reader didn't work, so we then had to drive around to find an ATM to pay him in cash. He then wanted money for the time we drove around to find the ATM. I refused that and he agreed to not charged for that. However it came to a total of 1670 DKK which is around twice the amount that other companies are charging and it took 90 minutes! They should not be allowed to stay open!

Worst ever experience with taxi.
I called at 8:01 for taxi standing in the Amagerbro metro station due to metro issue and they promised they will send taxi in 10 min. I got sms, registered with my name and address.
I called again at 8:10, they said the taxi is on way.
I called 8:15, apparently taxi driver picked up someone else, not sure how they check the passenger’s name based on the request.
And They promised to send another one, I called at 8:25 and they said they don’t have any taxi, even they didn’t send the second one as they promised. From point of view : Not honest with customers , keep customer waiting for them, poor customer checking and poor coordination with customer.

Worst experience ever.. this star is going for liars.. i reported a incident with a taxi super serious cause this can be you sick.. I was in the station taking a taxi a Short distance but with diskusprolaps, so it was super painful, i needed help more than nothing, and this inhumane person have through my stuff I couldn't carry for myself to the floor and started to scream at me to get down of the car.. like if I was a piece of thrash. Not even any dog in DK are threatened like that to leave the car, this was offensive, violent and humiliating, and then i communicated with the company, they really don't care, and this never answered.. and today they told me why I text if they had a talk with the drive.. first of all, I have the number of the car . But no one's has comunicate with me so who have you talked with? If you lie at least put more attention.. worst company in Denmark, shame on you

Didn't drive with'em, but they drove hazardously and crashed into our bike and drove away. Severall witnesses and a broken bike (and most likely damages on the taxi, since our bike now has stretches of yellow paint), and the company refuses to pay damages, because we couldn't give a licence plate (on the taxi that quickly drove away after damaging our property) - only specific time, date, witnesses and damages.

On July 30th in 2020 we used the mentioned Taxi from Sonderborg to Fynshav. When paying with my credit card I did not realize that my purse fell off my jacket. Later on the ferryboat I realized the lost. 3 days later my purse with all money in it was handed to police station in Sonderborg where I picked it up.

Drove way to fast, Rude behavior, used brakes and dropped me off in the wrong place..

Need Uber back! Those guys where at least happy about their work!!

I have previously used this company, but this review is based upon an encounter with one of your drivers today. To the driver who I met in Amager today, number plate: BB98712
Not only did you nearly run over a cyclist when you mounted the bike-lane. You also deeply distressed a family, when you attempted to park so close to us (yes, less than 20 cm) and we asked you not to.
When parking up, we used our horn as you came too close. Mind you, you didn’t have to, as there were plenty of spaces in front of us and behind us. You came out of your car, aggressively walking to our car, and started shouting at my mother - bear in mind, she was not the one who had parked her car, right up against yours when there were plenty of other spaces. You then caused a scene and refused to drive forward despite us telling you that you didn’t have to drive that close.

We got it all on video and will be reporting your aggressive and deeply Unacceptable and disgraceful behaviour to your employer!

Dont just dont pooor pooor Company get a Bill take a photo of car and taxameter and driver

I lost my wallet in the taxi, called immediately, call was picked up within 1 minute, scheduled check with driver, driver found wallet, called me, returned with wallet within 10 minutes. Absolutely astounding customer service.

The taxi driver agreed on an amount after I showed him the address on the gps, and when we arrived he wanted to charge almost the double and just saying “it was far”! Then he took my debit card and throw my luggage out of the car and drove away stealing my card! Horrible experience
