If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
The taxi smelled, the taxi driver was driving me in the wrong direction even after I told him it’s the wrong way!!!!! Then when he finally changed course he would not stop at the place where I asked to be dropped off.
To make the matter worse, I was charged 40dkk more than what I usually pay for the route (I take this route sometimes twice a day!!!) and he added to it 15 dkk airport fee - something I never ever get.
Very very rude service, very bad driving, bad orientation - I makes you wonder how these people get hired to be drivers if they can’t even type in the address into Google maps and follow it.
Avoid!!!!!

dont get a taxa from Viggo!!
They took our money before the taxa would come and the taxa never came. So we we where left with no money and no taxa. we talked with the driver “Javel” and he didnt help at all he just said he wouldnt come and we maybe would get our money back. Be cearfull if you get a taxa from Viggo!!!

When you book a Viggo we always reserve the money but released them immediately if a taxi is cancelled.
Therefore you should see the money back in your account.
Please reach out through the app or at support@viggo.com so we can look into why the driver didn't show up. This is of course not okay.

Worst service, Overpriced , Unreliable , Cancelled our trip at last minute leaving us stranded ! Avoid at all costs!!
to respond to viggos comment my partner did contact them via app to no avail ! we were lucky that a kind randam person gave us a ride as we were stuck in vejby with no options!

Expensive Taxi service in Copenhagen
The usual ride from CPH airport to our house cost 380 DKK with any taxi and even in peak hours not more than 410DKK. Viggo charged us 506DKK for the same ride.

I absolutely love Viggo and their drivers
I absolutely love Viggo ! The Music and Sound is transporting you to another World. It is an experience in it self. I felt like I was in a club and then on the way back it was soothing and calming 🎶
Our driver was pleasant had manners great sense of direction- we felt so safe and happy
