Cancelled flights, left at Munich airport for hours without any communication. Lost bags, terrible customer service, I will never fly with them again. Have a look at the Fab complaints group before you consider flying with them.

Used Viggo during my first trip to Copenhagen, a driver picked me up from the airport and helped me with my luggage. Continues to use Viggo throughout my trip, i found the app easy to use, the driver extremely polite and helpful. I would recommend to others to use.

My flight was cancelled, they offered me another flight 12 hours later. The customer service queue was 5 hours long, cancelled flight after cancelled flight, horrendous customer service. A member of staff raised his voice at me, at Munich airport. Lost luggage and when I have spoken to the manager was told “hopefully” I’d get it back. I will never travel with them again, stressful, shocking experience.

I ordered some items to Qatar and then checked Aramax's reviews, I was apprehensive as they all seemed to be very negative. Aramax let me know each step of the way where my parcel was and it arrived on the date given.

I have bought cars from Car giant previously and have always had a great experience, the car saleman knew his stuff and was very professional. A word of advice, make sure you have comfortable shoes on as there are ALOT of cars. Also avoid Saturdays, which understandably are very busy.

I sent in my phone on Monday and received my money by Friday. I had given incorrect bank details and the manager emailed me straight away to inform me of this and the error was rectified quickly. Pleasure doing business with you.
