Cheated by taxi driver
We were cheated by the taxi driver. The hotel told us the fixed rate from the hotel to airport was DKK 336. He then insisted it was DKK 383 and also charged an extra DKK 10 falsely claiming it was card charges which we knew was not true as we used our card extensively in Copenhagen with no extra charges incurred anywhere else. The journey was less than 10 mins from the hotel to the airport so what we were charged was ridiculous.
Update - Taxa asked that I remove the driver's name so I have but hope they have noted it.

Rude and terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Driver was aggressive and hang up the phone 2 times on my face. Also he yelled at me because he couldn’t find the emergency exit at the hospital that I was standing near by the emergency sign. Very rude and disappointing service

Copenhagen best taxi service
The best taxi service specially in great Copenhagen area.
For good experience, always order fixed price tour where you have to mention your pickup address and destination.
Ordering through app is always a benefit because you can track your car and provide review for your ride. Another benefit is that you have the proof of the ride and it helps to track the car and the driver in case of mishappening e.g. lost mobile/keys/wallet in the car.

I was driving with a couple friends in Taxi into Copenhagen..I had my wallet on me the whole time.. when we stepped out it was gone. When I had to step out the corridor/door it was very narrow so I thought i probably lost it their.
After calling them 4x times asking to talk with the driver which apparently was not possible and not even paying for the driver to get back so we could look together. The customer service advisor or whatever got aggressive and mad..which is sad cause I have used this Taxi firm many times with no problems. It just felt like a very weird situation and not very serviceminded or conformting. Maybe it's not in the Taxi maybe it's somewhere else. Just a very weird experience I feel like people should know about.
No respect for you or your time
My first experience went fine. The driver was polite, and opened the door for me and my dog and let het sit on the seats. Therefore, I decided to give them another try. My 2nd experience was terrible. I ordered a taxi with a pet addon and wrote that I have a medium (20kg) senior dog with me. The taxi driver didn't want to come to my side of the road, so he shouted at me and said I should cross. 8 had to run over a dangerous road. My dog was after surgery, and the taxi driver insisted that she sits at my feet instead of lay on the car seat. I told him she is too scared, and there isn't space. The whole drive, he kept looking back at my dog (who was just laying)... I had to ask him 4 times to keep his eyes on the road.
However, I stupidly decided to give them one last chance - today, at 10:00, I preordered a taxi for 13:00. Again, pet addon, and a message about the dog. The taxi driver called me at 13:15 (After I messages him asking where is he at 13:06 when he wasn't moving). He said he came from Roskilde and that's why it took a long time - however, I could see he was taking his time driving somewhere else, which is NOT on the way to me. Probably some personal matters, at the cost of my waiting time. He arrived at 13:20, twenty minutes late. He then asked me to hold my 20kg dog in my lap because if her paws are dirty people won't sit in his taxi. I told him I can't hold her in my lap, and that she isn't dirty. And if he has time to be 20 minutes late for me, he has time to wipe the seats after me. He dropped us off slightly away from the location I requested. All in all I ended up being slightly late for our vet appointment.
The disrespect for your time is insane.

The Driver was so rude. Price was changing all the time, did not drive us to the agreed destination because "He didn't want to", i have never been treated this way in my hole life. We had lagguage and everything with us, he even wanted to through us out at a gasstation but with paying a high price that was not even okay. We paid because we just wanted to arrive but as said before not to the Hotel... He said we are Here but WE werent, next time i check Google.

Service is bad
Service is bad, rude driver I met yesterday when riding from airport to city .and riding price is expensive compared to other taxi services in Denmark. I paid 569 kr ( even it is weekday and kl 08:30) . Not recommended.

Today I ordered a taxi through my hotel where I was going to Oceankaj. The driver took me to the airport instead then argued with me about it. He was completely rude and aggressive when I said I wanted to go to the cruise terminal. I finally got to Oceankaj and he charged me $697 DK and then called me an offensive profanity. How dare he speak to someone so offensively. I was sure the hotel would call a reputable company to get me to where I was going. Not so, and I was very scared to think I would not get to my destination safely. I have never been treated so badly in all my life.

terrible drivers! They are like animals.
I was outside of my work and one of the taxi drivers who was stopped there, he told me a sexually inappropriate comment. I was in shock, very sad and scared.
Are women who take a taxi from this company safe? I don't think so.

congratulations on having the rudest customer service person i have ever encountered. she mocked me because i didn't pronounce the location in perfect danish, sighed loudly, talked over the top of me, ignored me. Highly recommend you record the phone conversations so you know how your staff treat customers

You can’t trust them!!
They take your order, and after canceling all the time. That is super annoying! You can’t trust them! I will NEVER use Taxa again!
Dishonest cab driver claiming twice the normal cost
Cab driver was disappointed that he couldn’t take me all the way to the airport from Søborg so he decided to do a major detour around Nørrebro to make up for the lost earnings claiming this was to the only way to get to Nørreport Station even though he knew that the current road construction at Tagensvej would make this impossible. I know Copenhagen as my own pocket and he could have turned left down Emdrupvej-Tuborgvej-Lersø Park Allé-Nørre Allé-Tagensvej but he deliberately choose to drive to a blocked road which made it necessary to zigzag in narrow streets. And also playing the usual trick of slowing down moving towards a green light and wait for it to turn red, so we had to wait and pay extra.
I wasn’t paying attention and the trip ended up costing 300DKK for what is normally around half the cost for that same distance.
What annoys me the most is that he made it sound like I didn’t knew my ways around my own city because he took me for a tourist due to the fact that I was with a friend on our way to the airport and we spoke a foreign language.
Dishonest just to make an extra buck. Will avoid them onwards and instead use Dantaxi from now on!
Taxi broke down and I had to get off
I took the taxi from Osterport Station to go to Skovlunde but 10 mins after the car apparently broke down. We were not even far due to traffic. Driver said electric issue and I had to get off. I had to pay 163 kr including the start fee and other fee. If such issue, as a customer service the driver should have removed these start up fees. I had to take another taxi from where he left me to go home. Can you please have a look and refund me the start up fees please? I have to pay twice these fees due to shift taxi. Driver pick up whoever even when calling them
The metro was out of operation, so I called for a taxi. Driver calls me to say he arrived at the station, and I tell him I'm 30 seconds away and coming, but when I arrived he left with another customer. I call back and am told that they cannot send another taxi because everyone is calling for taxis now and I should just wait. I missed my flight and an important meeting. What the F is the point of sending a taxi if your drivers just pick up whoever???

Waited for a long time to hear when it would arrive and then way too long for the taxi. Ended up canceling because even walking was faster. Never again.

Hi, i had to catch a Bus close to the train station and I was quite short on time, so I asked a parked taxi driver from your company (tall guy without hair) to drive me to the Bus station (otherwise I wouldn‘t catch the Bus). He did not say a word, shook his head arrogantely and drove away in a Fast&Furious style. I never saw such an unkind taxi driver I hope your taxi company has a Seminar for costumer services, because this guy requires definitely one.

I booked a using their app Taxa 30 minutes ... I waited... and waited.. And the damn Taxi NEVER showed up! I called - They said "The Taxi was there and you were not!" WHAT A LIE! I was waiting outside all the time and NEVER SAW A TAXI! Do NOT use this service .. unless you want to be disappointed too!
