I found the “free shipping” claim…

I found the “free shipping” claim misleading. Orders ship with Royal Mail, which then hands off to local postal services. These are often unreliable and much slower than premium couriers. There’s no option for DHL, UPS, FedEx, or temperature-controlled shipping, which I think should be standard for supplement companies.

On top of that, every order ends up with import charges. For me, it’s about $20 extra each time just to get the package delivered. When I raised this with customer service, they eventually stopped replying.

To your reply:

it's not free shipping if I m asked to pay 20$ by the courier each time. I d rather pay for premium shipping without import charges. I m asking to have the option..not for your to pay for it.

But do not mention "free shipping" on your website, because that is called false advertising.

Excellent company, excellent products

I have used vegetology products for some time now. They are always good quality and arrive promptly. My reason for writing this review is that I had a query recently about one of their products and I was very impressed with the way it was handled by their customer services. They responded promptly with a friendly email offering advice and promising a full refund if that was what I preferred. I followed the advice, which worked and when I let them know, they replied again saying I could still have the refund if I changed my mind. It’s very refreshing to get such prompt and efficient help.

I have always trusted vegetology as a…

I have always trusted vegetology as a superior brand of omega 3 which has been an absolute vital part of maintaining strong mental health after a bout of depression. Just recently I have experienced products arriving melted, stuck together and have raised this with them being advised that it sometimes happens but will not affect the quality of the product. I decided to wait until my next subscription order came through and experienced the same, this time capsules so stuck together they had to be prized apart and splitting. I have followed up with a complaint raised on 4th August and received no response as of yesterday, so tried phoning only to be told they were too busy and therefore sent another email. I hope to continue using vegetology but will have to consider other brands if they don’t respond appropriately to my complaint.

Thank you for your review. The Omega-3 capsules are very delicate and occasionally a capsule may split causing a small amount of oil to seep out resulting in some greasiness and smell. The odour is unfortunately inherent with Omega-3. Some batches are more pungent than others, based on variables in the manufacturing of the Algal Oil itself and then the capsules. But importantly it doesn't affect the quality of the capsule. Don't worry they are fine and perfectly safe to consume but if you prefer please contact help@vegetology.com and they will be happy to help.

Terrible CRM

The products are good, but the customer service is terrible. I placed an order over four weeks ago, and the package is still stuck at customs. I reached out for help, but their unwillingness to assist is disappointing. I regularly import goods from outside the EU, so I understand the process—but they don’t even seem to try.

I Think It Is Perfect For All People Who Eat Plant-Diet

The b12 tablets were surprisingly much smaller in size than I expected, but I was able to digest one of those tiny tablets with both water and one vegan meal today. I also felt very happy because both the vegan b12 tablets truly got sent to my home country and the tablets being in a perfect size for both children and adults. On the back of the small container it showed the same unnatural vegan ingredient, which is Cyanocobalamin, from a business called Vegetology. Additionally, very affordable price and other ingredients being safer to eat. I only gave 4 stars out of 5 because I waiting until to see how my body feels tomorrow. So far I feel very healthy after swallowing that one vegan b12 tablets to night. I noticed from last month to this the first month of this year 2025 that my stomach agrees with these tablets.

Wonderful product and incredible team!

I experienced a delay in receiving my parcel due to a strike in Canada by Canada Post. I had the pleasure of communicating with Rosie during this period, I was blown away by the level of care, professionalism and genuine kindness she showed. Rosie sympathized with me and reassured me that if there were to be any issues with the Vegan Omega 3 liquid form , they would send me a replacement without question. As I got the parcel, Rosie followed up with me to check in and see if everything was alright. You don’t get this type of service these days. The product itself is amazing, I’ve been using it for approximately 6 months and it’s been extremely helpful with work and day to day demands. I feel more clarity at work and my recovery from my workouts has become quicker. All in all, wonderful product and results incredible team!

Item not received, dishonest customer service

I really wanted to like this business as it's very difficult to find multivitamins that are specifically targeting the needs of vegans and their products seemed perfect for me. I placed my order in November based on the indication that deliveries to the rest of the world would take "usually 7-14 working days" and that delivery would be tracked.

16 working days after the order was placed, I haven't received the products and we have no idea where the parcel is. It turns out that the delivery partner only issues tracking updates once a week (at best) and that these updates are completely vague. For the first 11 days, the item has simply been stuck in a sorting centre in the NL and didn't move, so honestly claiming that it takes 7-14 days is simply delusional. Since 8/11 no updates, we don't even know if the parcel has finally left the NL.

I tried contacting the customer service several times but their replies were quite weird. Firstly, they quite dishonesly tried to say that deliveries to the rest of the world take "minimum 7-14 days" which was simply false and then said that they can't do anything to help. The only thing they offered to do was to check the same tracking link I already have and send me pointless emails from time to time. How is this supposed to help in any way?

If you sell important supplements - like pregnancy multivitamins - you have to take delivery seriously. You simply can't leave pregnant women without supplements for weeks and do nothing to rectify or help.

I really feel I was cheated by this company and only lost money and precious time.

It's sad that in their reply they shamelessly insist that they promised a delivery in minimum 7-14 days, luckily I have screenshots showing their lie. And it's astonishing that they aren't offering to do anything, just checking the tracking link. Stay away, I was really scammed. This is gaslighting.

(Message to vegetology: please don't reply to this review asking me to send an email to the customer service - I've already told you that they refuse to help or offer any solution. How about you just escalate to someone more constructive?)
