It’s been 18 days since I placed my order and I still haven’t received the products. I love the products, but the delay is really frustrating… I just hope it arrives before a full month has passed.

I’m really sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived yet. I’ve checked the tracking, and it looks like your parcel reached your country just a few working days after you placed the order, but it’s been held up at customs since then.
