Great quality products and great customer service! I ran into some customs problem with my package, having to pay additional fees despite orders being taxes and duties pre-paid. Customer service was very quick to respond and reimburse the fee I had to pay for customs to release my package.

I mistakenly wrote the address incorrectly, so the package was returned to the sender. However, when I contacted the Vegetology team, they were very kind and sent me the package again at no additional cost to the correct address. I am very grateful for this!
