I have always trusted vegetology as a…

I have always trusted vegetology as a superior brand of omega 3 which has been an absolute vital part of maintaining strong mental health after a bout of depression. Just recently I have experienced products arriving melted, stuck together and have raised this with them being advised that it sometimes happens but will not affect the quality of the product. I decided to wait until my next subscription order came through and experienced the same, this time capsules so stuck together they had to be prized apart and splitting. I have followed up with a complaint raised on 4th August and received no response as of yesterday, so tried phoning only to be told they were too busy and therefore sent another email. I hope to continue using vegetology but will have to consider other brands if they don’t respond appropriately to my complaint.

I know our customer service team was in touch regarding your first order and sent a replacement, and we also resent more Omega-3 on 13th August to make sure you received a batch in good condition. While batches can sometimes vary, we completely understand how frustrating it is when your capsules arrive stuck together or split.
