Item not received, dishonest customer service
I really wanted to like this business as it's very difficult to find multivitamins that are specifically targeting the needs of vegans and their products seemed perfect for me. I placed my order in November based on the indication that deliveries to the rest of the world would take "usually 7-14 working days" and that delivery would be tracked.
16 working days after the order was placed, I haven't received the products and we have no idea where the parcel is. It turns out that the delivery partner only issues tracking updates once a week (at best) and that these updates are completely vague. For the first 11 days, the item has simply been stuck in a sorting centre in the NL and didn't move, so honestly claiming that it takes 7-14 days is simply delusional. Since 8/11 no updates, we don't even know if the parcel has finally left the NL.
I tried contacting the customer service several times but their replies were quite weird. Firstly, they quite dishonesly tried to say that deliveries to the rest of the world take "minimum 7-14 days" which was simply false and then said that they can't do anything to help. The only thing they offered to do was to check the same tracking link I already have and send me pointless emails from time to time. How is this supposed to help in any way?
If you sell important supplements - like pregnancy multivitamins - you have to take delivery seriously. You simply can't leave pregnant women without supplements for weeks and do nothing to rectify or help.
I really feel I was cheated by this company and only lost money and precious time.
It's sad that in their reply they shamelessly insist that they promised a delivery in minimum 7-14 days, luckily I have screenshots showing their lie. And it's astonishing that they aren't offering to do anything, just checking the tracking link. Stay away, I was really scammed. This is gaslighting.
(Message to vegetology: please don't reply to this review asking me to send an email to the customer service - I've already told you that they refuse to help or offer any solution. How about you just escalate to someone more constructive?)
