UPDATE: You shouldn’t assume that anything has been resolved just because they replied.
If you buy a nut milk maker, they refuse to sell a replacement glass container—even if yours breaks—so you’re forced to buy an entirely new device. Unbelievable. It’s like breaking your car’s wheel and being told you have to buy a whole new car. Make it make sense. This isn’t my first bad experience with Klarstein.
