They refused to give me my test results

I don't recommend this provider. I contacted them to ask to follow up with the pathology about the results of my blood tests that were late and urgent and for 2 days they only let me talk to the AI chat which basically said that I had to wait. When I finally was allowed to talk to a human being, they kept me waiting 4 more days and, when they finally got the results, they said that they refused to share them with me unless I made an appointment with one of their doctors again. I told them that now it's too late for me to make an appointment because I'm overseas but they are still refusing to share my results.

I find it extremely inappropriate to hide the results from a patient and won't use their services again.

Shocking quality of delivery

I spent 30$ for a 300-word standard translation because I didn't have time to do it myself and needed the convenience of having it done for me. The result was appalling: grammar and translation mistakes, original layout not respected despite clear requirement; entire paragraphs simply forgotten (a third of the document simply wasn't translated).

I spent 1h reviewing, making annotations to the document and requesting corrections and 1 day later I received a message asking me to indicate again the changes requested.

If I had done it myself, it would have been much quicker. I'm really shocked by the level of service, I'm going to miss an important deadline because of this.

Order falsely declared delivered, Bonds refuses to refund me

I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered within 3 days. On delivery day, I receive an email from Australia Post (while I'm at home!) saying that the parcel has been delivered. I immediately go downstairs to check around the mail boxes but I can't find it. I spent 1 hour chatting with Australia Post and Bonds but they're both unhelpful.

Australia Post says they left the parcel with the concierge/mail room in a building without such services and that they cannot assist me further.

Bonds says that I have to wait 5-10 more days to hear from their investigation. When I said that it's unreasonable to ask me to wait 10 days for a product that was supposed to be delivered within 3 days and asked to receive an immediate refund, they refused and closed the chat.

I was scammed by this website and itw delivery partner abd wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Beware of their extended warranty programme

We had a very bad experience with JB Hi-Fi's extended warranty, so I wanted to warn others who might be considering buying it. My computer's battery stopped working a few months before the end of the extended warranty period and we sent it for repair to JB HI-Fi's repair partner Circuitech. Having used HP's official repair services in the past, I was quite surprised to see that in their repair report Circuitech didn't include any relevant information about the type of battery used, if it was original etc.

Surprise surprise, the battery completely stopped working 6 months later, which was extremely disappointing as an original HP battery is supposed to last over 2 years. I contacted JB hifi but they replied that the extended warranty is now expired and I have to pay myself to have the computer repaired. If I'm not happy with it, I can lodge a complaint against them with the consumers' authorities.

So, now my laptop only works when plugged on a 6-month old battery and my only option is to buy a new one of go through a lengthy complaint process. Not exactly what we had been promised when we were sold the extended warranty...

Am I the only one to think there is something really dodgy about JB Hi-fi's repair partner and extended warranty programme?

Item not received, dishonest customer service

I really wanted to like this business as it's very difficult to find multivitamins that are specifically targeting the needs of vegans and their products seemed perfect for me. I placed my order in November based on the indication that deliveries to the rest of the world would take "usually 7-14 working days" and that delivery would be tracked.

16 working days after the order was placed, I haven't received the products and we have no idea where the parcel is. It turns out that the delivery partner only issues tracking updates once a week (at best) and that these updates are completely vague. For the first 11 days, the item has simply been stuck in a sorting centre in the NL and didn't move, so honestly claiming that it takes 7-14 days is simply delusional. Since 8/11 no updates, we don't even know if the parcel has finally left the NL.

I tried contacting the customer service several times but their replies were quite weird. Firstly, they quite dishonesly tried to say that deliveries to the rest of the world take "minimum 7-14 days" which was simply false and then said that they can't do anything to help. The only thing they offered to do was to check the same tracking link I already have and send me pointless emails from time to time. How is this supposed to help in any way?

If you sell important supplements - like pregnancy multivitamins - you have to take delivery seriously. You simply can't leave pregnant women without supplements for weeks and do nothing to rectify or help.

I really feel I was cheated by this company and only lost money and precious time.

It's sad that in their reply they shamelessly insist that they promised a delivery in minimum 7-14 days, luckily I have screenshots showing their lie. And it's astonishing that they aren't offering to do anything, just checking the tracking link. Stay away, I was really scammed. This is gaslighting.

(Message to vegetology: please don't reply to this review asking me to send an email to the customer service - I've already told you that they refuse to help or offer any solution. How about you just escalate to someone more constructive?)

We do advise customers on our website that international orders take a minimum 7-14 days however during busy times, like the Black Friday period, orders can take longer to arrive. This is unfortunately out of our hands as we have no control over couriers and customs. We understand how frustrating this can be and we are sorry that your order hasn't arrived. I know one of the team has been in touch with you and is keeping a close eye on this for you. I can see that your parcel has left the Netherlands so we are hoping it will reach you this week.

I contacted their support and had a good experience both times. Today I noticed a bug on my site and Janitha fixed it for me quickly and effectively. Waiting time was OK too, and it's great to have support 24/7 as I'm in an unusual timezone.

Awful customer service and artwork team

UPDATE
After reading my review online, they accepted to compensate me so I decided to give them another chance. What a mistake!

This was just a simple repeat order but again the same nonsense from the artwork team.

First they accused me of not uploading the artwork while the artwork was clearly in their system. I sent a screenshot but they never apologised for their lie.

Then they took the initiative to cut out some of the artwork for no reason. I rejected the proof, sent several emails including the proof for the previous job they had done but they insisted on not following the requirements of the previous jobs (and my instructions) and resent the same proof I had already rejected.

Several days, emails, calls and whatsapp later, they still are refusing to issue a proof in compliance with first job I am repeating.

Again, instead of doing their job, the customer service is lying to cover their mistakes rather than apologising and doing the job.

Very poor customer service and disapppointing artwork job

I hadn't ordered anything from them for over a year due to several communication/customer service issues in the past. I tried again with a very simple, straightforward job: printing round stickers. Somehow, the artwork team managed to mess it up: after sitting on the job for several days, they insisted on placing the die-cut line inside the logo rather than on the border, cutting out a few mm of the logo for no reason at all. I replied saying that they had to rectify as I wanted them to print the entire logo without cutting out any of it (which seems pretty obvious for a round sticker), but they just resent the exact same artwork.

I called them to insist that they rectify the job, and the customer service staff spent 5 minutes insisting that they were right and I was wrong. I thought her job was to listen, apologize and rectify but clearly that wasn't her interpretation. She was so rude that she even hang up on me.

Awful delivery service

It would be a good website but unfortunately their delivery partners are a disaster (I guess the cheapest around). Most times they leave your house without even trying to deliver your parcel (they don't ring the bell or try to call you).

For most deliveries I end up spending hours following up with Lazada's useless customer service who keeps repeating condescending sentences which don't answer what you say. They also seem to have the policy to never compensate their clients even when they're clearly wrong.

Ordine non consegnato e non rimborsato

Ho comprato con Vision Direct per anni e sono sempre stata molto contenta, soprattutto per via delle consegne molto rapide. Il mio ultimo ordine pero' non è stato consegnato nonostante fossero passati 5 giorni e la data di cosegna prevista. Sul sito c'è scritto che la spedizione viene effettuata entro 24h al costo di EUR 4,99 ma nel mio caso questo non è avvenuto.

Ho contattato la chat e una tal Grace si è rifiutata di effettuare il rimborso dicendo che non potevano garantire una data di consegna e che avrei dovuto aspettare senza la possibilità di annullare l'ordine e senza nessuna compensazione per la mancata consegna rapida per cui avevo pagato quasi 5 EUR. Ho passato oltre 40 min in chat, ripetuto le stesse domande 10 volte e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta pertinente e nessun aiuto.

Mi sembra un caso evidente di pubblicità ingannevole e di un servizio clienti in mala fede, incompetente e sgradevole.

Spedizione persa a Roma, pessimo servizio clienti

DHL ha impiegato 24h a far viaggiare il mio pacchetto da Hong Kong a Roma passando dalla Germania e a Roma la spedizione è morta da oltre 36h. Ho contattato due volte la chat in cui mi ha risposto sempre la stessa persona (tal Cinzia_mi) ed entrambe le volte mi ha lasciato in attesa a lungo e mi ha fatto perdere solo tempo senza fornire nessun tipo di aiuto o assistenza. La seconda volta ha anche mentito dicendo che la consegna era programmata un giorno dopo la data reale (menzogna tra l'altro facilmente verificabile sul tracking).

Non buttate i soldi con DHL, il servizio non è affatto express e non c'è neanche un modo per mandare feedback sul servizio clienti.

Order not delivered, unhelpful customer service

I placed an order which was due by yesterday but it was not delivered. Two days ago their delivery partner claimed that they had attempted to deliver but failed, which is very hard to believe because my building has 24/7 reception/security and I receive deliveries regularly. Also, nobody tried to call me despite having my details - I was at home.

In the last two days I sent emails, Fb chats and more than 5 whatsapp messages to the Gogo print customer service but they are being very unhelpful. Today I also called them but they couldn't commit to a delivery date and said that there is nothing they can do as they don't take care of deliveries themselves. The delivery partner (QExpress) has been ignoring them as well for 24h so the only thing we can do is to wait and hope that this time they will really try to deliver the product.

It was my first order with Gogo print and I'm really disappointed. Avoid the waste of time and money, it's not worth it.

Victim of scam on their platform, no protection

After doing dozens of bookings on this platform and never lodging a complaint against a listing, I was the victim of a scam where the owner misrepresented the listing adding in the description features it didn't include.

I raised the problem with booking.com but the "customer service" summarily dismissed my complaint without trying to ascertain the facts. They copied and pasted the reply from the owner and also repeated some false allegations against me, which I found completely offensive and inappropriate.

So basically all this time I've paid booking fees to booking.com but the only time I needed them to protect me against a scam they defended the dishonest owner and summarily dismissed my complaint.

Never again with these people. Avoid them.

Disonesti e incompetenti

Ho effettuato un acquisto al 50% durante i saldi e dopo 10 giorni Benetton ha cancellato l'ordine. Ho inviato mail di reclamo ma le prime sono state semplicemente ignorate.

Dopo 3 mail e diversi messaggi su Facebook (!), si degnano di rispondere ma ignorando del tutto la mia richiesta (di inviarmi l'ordine che avevo effettuato) e offrendo un buono sconto del 5% sul prossimo acquisto. Insomma, pur di non permettermi di ottenere l'ordine che avevo regolarmente effettuato, hanno preferito lasciare invenduta la merce. E mi hanno insultata ulteriormente offrendo uno sconto del 5% come "riparazione" per il fatto di aver annullato un ordine al 50% di sconto.

Complimenti per incompetenza e disonestà! Sconsigliatissimo, molto meglio Amazon.

Scam alert

Scam alert. I had a trip planned for Easter but had to cancel because the country I was going to travel to declared the state of emergency due to COVID, closed its borders, grounded all planes and shut hotels down. I had some non-refundable bookings with hotels.com and airbnb and they both refunded the complete amount, and it only took me a few clicks.

I spent hours trying to get a cancellation for the one booking I had with booking.com and it has been a real pain. I spent hours waiting to chat with the customer service, then received inconsistent replies but basically the customer service is refusing to intervene, they told me it's up to me to negotiate with the hotel (so what's their role, why do we book with them rather then directly?!).

So, the hotel I booked through them is closed due to the emergency but booking.com thinks that it's appropriate for them to still charge me. To me this is fraud and booking.com is covering the offense. I've been their client for years and will never book with them again.

Incompetent timewasters

A few years ago, we lodged 4 cases with AirHelp. For each case, we received around 5 emails from them requesting all sorts of documents. Years later, we discovered that they were only wasting our time. For each of the 4 cases, we received emails telling that we had lost our right because the legal time limit for us to go to court had passed. Translation: AirHelp did not take any action and our rights expired.

Even more shocking, two of the cases were very easy wins. We were able to resolve them ourselves within a few weeks by simply sending a letter to the local aviation authority in our country without any assistance from lawyers. For these cases too AirHelp sent us an email years later to tell us that our right had expired because we (them) did not take action on time. Luckily, we had already resolved the problem ourselves without waiting for them. Had it been for AirHelp, we would have lost hundreds of euros.

Beware, these people pretend they offer a service but they actually don't do anything. I wonder where they get their money from if they betray their clients the way they do...

I find very difficult to believe all the good reviews these people got.

PS Message to AirHelp: A few days before posting this review, I sent you an email to share with you my concerns. You ignored it. So, I'm not so convinced that you are really interested to know what happened.
