Awful customer service and artwork team
UPDATE
After reading my review online, they accepted to compensate me so I decided to give them another chance. What a mistake!
This was just a simple repeat order but again the same nonsense from the artwork team.
First they accused me of not uploading the artwork while the artwork was clearly in their system. I sent a screenshot but they never apologised for their lie.
Then they took the initiative to cut out some of the artwork for no reason. I rejected the proof, sent several emails including the proof for the previous job they had done but they insisted on not following the requirements of the previous jobs (and my instructions) and resent the same proof I had already rejected.
Several days, emails, calls and whatsapp later, they still are refusing to issue a proof in compliance with first job I am repeating.
Again, instead of doing their job, the customer service is lying to cover their mistakes rather than apologising and doing the job.

Very poor customer service and disapppointing artwork job
I hadn't ordered anything from them for over a year due to several communication/customer service issues in the past. I tried again with a very simple, straightforward job: printing round stickers. Somehow, the artwork team managed to mess it up: after sitting on the job for several days, they insisted on placing the die-cut line inside the logo rather than on the border, cutting out a few mm of the logo for no reason at all. I replied saying that they had to rectify as I wanted them to print the entire logo without cutting out any of it (which seems pretty obvious for a round sticker), but they just resent the exact same artwork.
I called them to insist that they rectify the job, and the customer service staff spent 5 minutes insisting that they were right and I was wrong. I thought her job was to listen, apologize and rectify but clearly that wasn't her interpretation. She was so rude that she even hang up on me.
