Initially I was a bit disappointed but the reply made me happy. Initial comment: The delivery time was okay but the product came melted and the entire box has fish oil spread all around the capsules.

Good morning,
Thank you for your review. The Omega-3 capsules are very delicate and occasionally a capsule may split causing a small amount of oil to seep out resulting in some greasiness and smell. The odour is unfortunately inherent with Omega-3. Some batches are more pungent than others, based on variables in the manufacturing of the Algal Oil itself and then the capsules. But importantly it doesn't affect the quality of the capsule. Don't worry they are fine and perfectly safe to consume but if you prefer please contact help@vegetology.com and they will be happy to help.
