The stroganoff was bland, the naked chicken burger was frozen in the middle and the chips even when cooked, were revolting.
This is one of the weakest subscription boxes I have ever come across, do not order. I have only had 3 meals so far, and I have already decided to cancel.

Just completed my first week
Just completed my first week of 7 meals, and so far the food is wonderful. As soon as you remove the cardboard sleeve the food looks appetising. No lumps of preformed meat blocks here, if it says it's chicken, you get a nice real chicken breast with nice tasty coating. The veg is fresh and not soggy. I don't know how they do it,
I've tried many other prepared online meal services and none of them come close. Even the packing to keep the products chilled is well considered, functional and minimal. I've had prepped meals delivered by other companies in oversized damp boxes, which puts you off before you've even nuked the food.
Once microwaved, the food is delicious and well presented straight out of the container. Nothing is soggy, greens are green and crisp where one would expect. Rice is firm yet fluffy. Don't know how they do it, but whatever the secret is, please don't stop. I will gladly pay the rather high cost per meal for this quality.
Just one complaint, the portion sizes are too big for me and I'm a 180kg big guy. It makes me sad to leave a little each time.

If you don't select the meals, they will send you rubbish. They sent 9 chicken meals and a vegetarian meal with 17g of protein. They did the same to my mate, and the week before that, his meals didn't even turn up.

I tried Fuelhub for the first time as I what I thought would be an upgrade from another food prep company. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. My first order arrived with 3 of 11 meals packaging torn. The packaging seems very poor quality in comparison to every other food prep service I have used. Also the breakfasts I ordered has use by dates that would not last me the week. I politely messaged them immediately with images and explaining the issues and the 3 damaged meals were refunded pretty quickly however I did not get a reply to my email and the issue of the short dates on the breakfasts wasn’t acknowledged. The meals themselves have been ok but not better than other food prep services I use and the breakfast porridges seems to go hard when microwaved for the advised 2 minutes. Some of these issues could have been overlooked with some customer service but due to a negative first unboxing experience and no customer service/apology/acknowledgement I wouldn’t recommend or use them again myself.

Quality, nutritious meals- long term review
I have been using Fuel hub for around two years and I have had two unfortunate issues in that time.
The food is well prepared and of genuinely good quality. My recoveries are definitely better if I am eating fuel hub meals.
I am pleased they offer a non subscription box option because personally I am not a fan of being locked in to anything. The downside is occasionally forgetting to make my order but this is my choice.
Due to this I have tried a few other options but they failed to deliver on time repeatedly which just led to anxt.
I referred to a couple of situations where things went slightly wrong. Neither were the fault of FuelHub.
Once a delivery service delivered my meals outside a local pick up shop and said they had delivered to me and faked a signature. I complained and managed to track down the box to a random location some half mile from my house.
Another time a box always delivered in stormy weather and arrived soaked through with some meals affected and the plastic cover pushed in. I complained and was disappointed not to get a reply from fuel hub.
Overall the meals are good quality and the nutrition has a definite impact on my recoveries. I use them for 30min lunch breaks at work. No other company I have found meets the same standards.

I have been using FuelHub weekly since 10 August. The quality of food is excellent and a good selection of available meals. You are given a timely reminder to select your weekly meals and delivery on the day is faultless. I am a Hybrid fitness athlete training 6 days a week. So convenient to be able to have a meal ready within 3 minutes of arriving home from training. I have needed to change the delivery date and this is easily completed online.

Fuel Hub over fresh
The pasta and bolognaise was good, but I found the other meals in the order quite tasteless and the noodle option meal had probably less than half of chicken breast in the meal. For the price of the meals, for me at least was not worth the free time over cooking each meal myself which I’m going to go back to. Totally get the concept when your on the go which I am in that category and these meals are great for a quick meal over missing a meal or buying something similar in a supermarket but there is no substitute for cooking fresh yourself. Going forward will just make the time in the day to cook healthier, thanks anyway Fuel Hub.

FuelHub Review: Fantastic Meals, Slightly Tricky Subscription
Honestly, they’re the best (and most delicious) option on the market right now for ready-made, on-the-go healthy meals. Over the past six months, I’ve tried multiple suppliers, and each had an issue—either the food was too bland, too chewy, or simply not appetizing. That all changed when I found FuelHub.
They’ve made healthy eating fun, delicious, and genuinely exciting. Every meal feels like it’s been crafted with care, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and convenience.
My only issue has been with their website and ordering process. On my second week, I mistakenly placed two orders because I didn’t realize the subscription is automatically “open.” Instead of creating a new order each week, you need to pause or cancel the following week if you don’t want it. As a result, I received two weekly packages. It was probably my oversight, but it’s something new customers should be aware of.
