I bought a book to deliver in Germany…
I bought a book to deliver in Germany and final price was supposed to include shipping but when the book arrived I discover that for some reason it crosses Spain, was checked by German customs not fulfilling the conditions laid down in the articles 28 and 29 of the Treaty of the functioning of the European Union and I had to pay extra 7,20 euros.

Shocking service. Placed an order for two books, two weeks later nothing received, no shipping notification.
Contact them via email for an update, they immediately cancel the order, automated email and nothing else.
Suggested refund made, still awaited.
