Amazing Service in the Birmingham Branch

Having just booked and paid the deposit for our holiday, all I can say is that the service from Charlie in your Birmingham branch was incredible. From when I first walked in receiving a friendly greeting, to really understanding the ask. I'd found a tour we liked, but wanted a few more sites/stops the main operator couldn't accommodate. Trailfinders came back to be within 24 hours and had managed to include them in the itinerary, and at a lower cost!
A few days later they updated the quote to accommodate a change in dates. Nothing has been too much trouble. Thank You

Shocking service

Shocking service. Placed an order for two books, two weeks later nothing received, no shipping notification.
Contact them via email for an update, they immediately cancel the order, automated email and nothing else.
Suggested refund made, still awaited.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. Things started off well, and a nice portal interface to use, however:
Generally ten days to respond to queries, and then often not providing any answer to the questions.
Slow, and incompetent. Despite being very clear and following their guidance they were too lazy to request an updated redemption statement, leaving money in limbo with the first mortgage provider, the money that was being refunded provided by cheque, not a transfer as advised, and then being sent in joint names not single names as per their advice and as requested!

Same issue

Same issue, contact to my mobile amor an engineer coming to my property. I haven't had any engineer. My mobile had clearly been linked to someone else's account, you confirmed last time it wasn't, yet I'm still getting the same contact.

You continue to be an utter shambles!

You continue to be an utter shambles. It has taken me three long discussions with you and your team to get an accurate bill. It still isn't right!
Now you are still messaging me about an engineer having visited my home so my details are clearly incorrectly linked to another account, name and property, this poses a real risk or issue with data security.
Sort yourselves out.
