Seeing as the United Kingdom is sadly no longer a part of the European Union, some of our EU-based customers can often be asked for Customs fees. We regret any discomfort this has caused. Regarding the round trips going through Spain, our courier partners choose the path that makes the most business sense for them when they collect packages for international fulfilment, and it is not unusual for a parcel to fly through multiple territories before arriving at its destination.
