Great accommodation … ideal spot to enjoy all Whitby has to offer. Brilliant mattresses, SO comfortable. Great choice of places to eat too, we stayed a week and didn’t manage to try them all. The parking space provided and the bath (shower option over bath) to soak the aches from tackling the steep slopes suited us too. Would definitely go back!

First time I have used this company, but won’t be the last… speedy response and efficient, great communication and the calendars arrived in a strong cardboard envelope so they were well protected and kept flat. Perfect.

Delivery courier left the package in a secure box out of sight rather than in sight of the road/passers by…

Good quality produce and fabulous service at the same time as supporting the environment... very satisfying

I always drop off parcel at local shop that handles MyHermes transactions. I find it more convenient for me (though they will pick up from senders address). To date only one item didn’t arrive, a few years ago now. Good for bulky parcels and competitively priced service. Will continue to use and consider myself a satisfied customer.
