EVERY time AFTER I have created an order; an email will come in to advise I can get an extra 20% off sale! LN-CC NEVER honour this, having asked them in the past.
It’s really maddening and bad practice!

They do offer a really great selection of designers and their prices are fantastic; I just have a bitter taste in my mouth because of the way their extra discount only kicks in AFTER you’ve made an order and won’t be given to you.

Purchased a car from GC Motors and have to comment on the really immense set-up! Supercars and high-end motors, that transcend to the employees, who were all extremely pleasant, non-pushy and, certainly, one of the best experiences I’ve had when buying a car!
Alistair W was the main guy I was dealing with, who was patient and explained everything; as well as that the other side of the business is vehicle modifications - which is great to have on-site, as well as a huge servicing centre.
The other guys I dealt with, as part of the buying process, were also courteous and very easy to get along with.
All-in-all, a five-star experience for me.

Product as described, but Coltori don't offer DDP, as most other companies. So my discount didn't really amount to much, after U.K. customs and excise got their hands on it!
Please consider offering this to customers - at least within the EU.
You have some great products and it would certainly open up your customer base.

Purchased a super-rare Vivienne Westwood coat at over half price.
Shipping & Delivery was quick (within a few days) and I’m really happy with the coat.
I do think it’s been worn to model but not a huge issue!

Order took a long time to arrive, even after paying £20 DHL priority.
Other European orders with others, have taken 2-3 days from ordering, most with postage included.
The item didn’t match the description in terms of sizing and is smaller than anticipated.

Had a chap from my local branch visit for a valuation...

Totally overvalued the place and was emitting a cocky and what-you’d-imagine typical ‘agent speak’ about how there’s nothing else in the area and “if I gave you £xxx - go and find me a property like this. I bet you can’t” crap.
Please - you can’t kid a kidder and YouMove really need to stamp out dated ‘textbook’ methods of interaction.

When I asked about fees, I got
“I’ll write them down for you”
(cue alarm bells!)
Well - it’s certainly not the 1% everyone else is offering - double it and add another £400! Hence why he wouldn’t just tell me!

“We market it in a completely different way” was the reason.

“How?” I replied “I’ve found 100% of my properties on Rightmove - which I presume is the biggest and most popular method still?”.
Then I got all the bull**** about how they are more on the case etc etc...

My advice:

As an estate agent, YouMove do exactly the same as any other. There’s no magic and no extra-special must-have against another of your ilk!
1% is more than adequate.

Was purchasing a repossession via D B Roberts - no sense of urgency and the lawyers acting on behalf of the bank were so S L O W.
This compounded with me losing the property (this happens with repo’s I get it) but D B Roberts were quite two-faced about the fact a conversation of initially “we won’t show the property to anyone else, consider it yours”: to me finding out they were in fact doing exactly the opposite!
Of course they are obliged to, but
don’t bulls**t customers and always be transparent.
It doesn’t aid your reputation (which is pretty poor as it is) by ‘people pleasing’, which ends up as a pie in yours - and my - faces.

I had to do ALL of the chasing in obtaining information required to try and hurry along the transaction -
D B Roberts seemed content to let this happen and not help me by liaising with the lawyers of the property, to aid a timely transaction.

As it was, and as is law with a repo, someone came in with a higher offer and suddenly it seemed everything sprung into action and the property was sold quickly from then.

There’s a touch of sour grapes in my review - but, ultimately, the service wasn’t great which aided in the fact I didn’t get the property I wanted.
A frustrating and fraught experience!

Initial telephone first appointment conversation was missed by V Patel and it snowballed from there with virtually no communication and days and days taken to reply to - what I would consider - important and answer-needed questions occasionally.
Important ‘RM Signed For’
documents not signed for at their reception meaning I had to wait for their return in post a month later, which held everything up.
No apologies and no real enthusiasm from Patel.
Still owed monies from them as they over-took on fees and overpaid the estate agent. Surprise surprise my eWay account has been closed down now, so no hope of receiving my money!
D B Roberts estate agents marketed them to me as their own in-house conveyances - should have done my homework and realised PPL are more of a ‘factory farming’ outfit, dealing with myriad companies.
Lesson learnt.
My advice - avoid and use local, reputable folk who will be more personable and informative.

Easy system from obtaining quotes, booking through to delivery.
Would recommend!
