The shoe was in stock in my size and reduced in price, which was nice. The despatch time was a little longer than expected.

Great service, as ever. Range of products is much reduced but prices are still competitive and I have loyalty vouchers as a regular customer.

It was great to discover window frame kits exist. Not so great as an amateur buyer to receive no instructions on how to use the clever plastic joining pieces. After the first frame I realised the plastic pieces provided were longer than the thickness of the frame so split the wood. Obvious but I wasn’t thinking it through. Luckily they cut very easily.

The Phaidon book I was looking for arrived safely in good time.

I was able to collect the Pirelli sealant from Biggin Hill on the way back from getting out on my bike. Didn’t have to lock my bike up as I just collected from the door.

All good. Seat arrived safely and rapidly but the follow-up email confused me as it seemed to ask for confirmation of which carrier I wanted to chose but all packages go by Post Office which I prefer anyway.

The brand was small for the size and I was able to get help returning them for an exchange. Unfortunately no help by paying for the return but communication was good.

The price was good, delivery prompt and the product lived up to the reviews.

I had been researching the Campagnolo Bora One set for a while and decided to order from ProBikeKit. Within a couple of hours of ordering with a standard delivery time I received an offer for next day delivery. The order was being processed and had not been dispatched but I still had to wait.

Very clear website and I expect delivery will be prompt and in good condition.
However, within hours of ordering I received an email offering next day delivery! Hopefully I’m eligible for this with my order?

Answers to a couple of questions were answered and reasonable quickly. Condor is a go to place for campag.

The fitter came out and found I didn’t have tpms sleeves and I was able to rebook when I sourced them without difficulty. The fitters were polite and the fitting was only delayed by a day in the end. I now realise it would’ve been good if I was told if tpms reset is required as the new wheels/ tyres fitted have a different set of pressures.

Sigma Sports are good to deal with and competitively priced. I had to do a bit of work contacting Elite when I had to make a warranty claim. It was assumed I would want a replacement but I returned it to the store for a replacement then the warranty people offered me a refund! I just hope the new one doesn’t get loose too.

The part arrived quickly and the price was good.

I liked the coffee at Herne Hill Velodrome and asked Volcano which one they use so I’ve bought it since.

The Michelin CX Mud tyres were competitively priced but a long way away. No problem they arrived quickly and were relatively tight to fit but not as extreme as Challenge tyres which were almost impossible to get on the Mavic carbon rims.
Looking forward to seeing my son using them when events start up again.
